Master Bedroom: Relax in a peaceful space with a comfortable queen-size bed and TV.

Second Bedroom: Cozy and private, also featuring a queen-size bed for a restful stay.

️ Living Area: Unwind on the sofa bed and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV after a day out.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook with ease.

Washer & Dryer: In-unit laundry for a simple and convenient stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities.



‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

Parking: On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. The gate closes at 11:00 PM.

⚠️ Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing exterior renovations. You may experience some construction noise during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Please review the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.



Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



- Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.



- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
