Stayed Aug 22, 2022This property is laid out so well, it is extremely comfortable. Getting to the beach is very easy and they provide you with lovely beach chairs and an umbrella. Having the washer and dryer is helpful as well. It is very nice to have designated parking, as parking at the beach can be tricky! The kitchen is great and has all the tools you need. Be aware there is no food stuff, so bring your oil, seasonings, and coffee etc. Sarah and Jim are absolutely lovely and make all the instructions on how to use things very clear. We loved our stay!

Stayed Aug 7, 2022My wife and 2 young children absolutely loved this apartment! It is completely true to the listing and is in a great location in Salisbury Beach. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach which is only a few steps away. Sarah and Jim were the perfect owners, as they were always readily available to help, but let us enjoy the vacation as we pleased. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 22, 2021My family and I, like many others, have not traveled anywhere during the pandemic. We really wanted a place on the beach so we can enjoy being outside the whole time. This place is just steps from the ocean and easy for us to put all the kids stuff in a wagon and head over. The apartment was clean, had all essential materials, the ocean steps away, and Sarah and Jim were fantastic. We were interrupted with the hurricane and Sarah was extremely responsive to help us. We felt so welcomed during our stay. Thanks to these great hosts for a great stay!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021This property was fabulous! We rented both units - downstairs and upstairs - so we could be close to our n' laws and their children. Both units were immaculately clean, high-quality appliances, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with dishes, pots, linens, beach chairs, grill, comfortable patio furniture, and everything else we needed. The landlords were very responsive and so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 13, 2021Our family of four had a good time here. The property was described accurately. Owners were helpful and communicative. The only slight downside was the ceiling is thin and noise from the apartment upstairs could be intrusive.
