- As a multifamily property with 10 units, the safety of all our guests is our top priority. We make every effort to comply with the evolving city, state, and county regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone that is why we are partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before booking, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable security deposit of $150 or purchase a damage waiver of $20. Please ensure that you complete your validation prior to check-in.

- Any stays approved for 28 days or longer will require the guest to sign a formal lease agreement and/or complete process with affiliated Arizona Real Estate Brokerage or property owner. This ensures the protection of both parties for extended stays.

- The complex is a NON-SMOKING area. ($700 fine fees may apply.) Please respect this rule as there are other guests. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Thank you for being considerate.

- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.

- Please be reminded to be careful not to overload the dryer as it is a small unit.

- Please follow the quiet hours: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.

- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you`ve received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 11:20pm.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

    Cons: Early checkout & hard to park, else terrific for the price. The circle k gas station was very dangerous near this location. Be careful.

    Considering the number of questions that had to be answered, the third party verification, and a choice of damage insurance that had to be chosen before being approved to rent, I expected the apartment to be in really good shape. It was not. A very cool building but all improvements were done cheaply - bathroom vanity drawers falling out when opened, sliding closet doors off the rail, no ice cube trays (we bought and left some), cracked coffee mugs, jammed coffee maker, couch cushions damaged, shower liner too short so floor got wet no matter what we did, no shower shelving for toiletries .... The host did respond quickly but nothing was fixed while we were there and we did get the coffee pot working. In addition there is some construction in the immediate area that started with loud noise at 6:30 am. We did love the area and the walkability to some very good restaurants. Was close to a major highway also so easy to get to other areas like Scottsdale and Goodyear. Street parking was not an issue either. The hosts could make this a much nicer place without spending a lot.

    Stayed here for a few nights, loved the area in downtown. Very close to pretty good places to eat and a nice coffee shop
