Our apartment is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood called Laugardalur, only 3.5km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. The main swimming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardals swimming pool is close by. Biggest gym called World Class Laugar, it's next door to the swimming pool and if you go there you can also enter the swimming pool from the gym. The gym has also one ofthe nicest Spa's in Reykjavik, where you can get all kinds of treatments. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream store are close by. There are also nice outdoor area in Laugardalur if you want to go for a walk / bike / run, you can follow the path all the way around the city if you like.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor with spacious balcony with amazing view over the city. Master bedroom has King size bed (180x200cm). second bedroom has single bed (120x200cm), third bedroom has single bed (90x200cm) and we can add another single bed (90x200cm) if needed, fourth bedroom has single bed (90x200cm). Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. The Living room has nice sofa and dining area.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.

Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.

We manage over 150 properties in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and a few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term rent.
