Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Host was flexible on arrival. Love the beautiful park nearby. Easy to travel downtown. Will stay again whenever we return to Spokane area.

Lovely little above garage apartment! Great amenities and location, lovely hosts. Only complaint was a few dust bunnies and no new sponge in the sink for doing dishes.

We stayed on Halloween weekend so we were in prime location to take our kids trick-or-treating. The size of the space was perfect for our family of four, and we had everything we could need for a weekend stay. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and were super nice. Would totally stay again the next time we’re in Spokane!

Exceptionally clean, location unbeatable and hosts promptly responded to questions. We stayed for 3 weeks visiting family and friends and loved it so much we may alter plans for a spring return. Already have 2 weeks set aside in 2027.

Everything was easy and seamless. They thought of every detail, and at the same time it's clean and not cluttered. They use higher quality/healthier products within the apartment. We highly recommend them and look forward to staying there whenever we're in Spokane!

This spotless apartment is in the perfect South Hill location. Lovely walking neighborhood near Manito and Cannon Hill Parks. Hosts are accessible and helpful, but offer complete privacy for your stay. Very safe and secure setting. The apartment is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and living room sitting. Great towels and soaps. A small kitchen has everything you need for a convenient stay. My second time here. Recommend highly!

Great location and exactly as described. This was a perfect spot for our family to use as a home base while we moved our student into Gonzaga. We also loved the sweet dog that greeted us in the backyard. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Spokane.

The space itself is very nice, efficient & compact; perfect for 2 or maybe 3 people (4 would be crowded). Wonderful location near Manito park and shopping.The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: The unit is above the garage of the home, so you can hear the garage door go up and down. It wasn't terrible; but maybe not good if you're a light sleeper. There is also a security gate that you have to open and close every time you come and go. Again, not terrible, but a little clunky if you're taking stuff to and from your car. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The apartment and neighborhood are beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The whole process was seamless for us. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries. I took off a star because the beds were uncomfortable for me. They are very firm and, as a side sleeper, were hard on my hips. The couch, however, was quite comfortable.

The apartment was very nice to get away for the weekend. The park was beautiful and youre not too far from downtown.

We came to Spokane to visit family. It was me, my husband, daughter and her boyfriend and their 3 year old son. The 2 bedroom apartment above the garage fit us very well and they provided a playpen sleeper for our grandson that worked out well. The queen beds in each room fit us well. The beds were a little hard but we brought body pillows of our own and that helped. We had a good stay and the apartment was very clean. I love that they provided coffee. My daughter had a dental emergency at 4:30 AM and the hospital was only a five min drive. I do wish I would have known the parking situation ahead of time as you have to park on the street and can’t even pull car up to the back of the house where the apartment is located to unpack. We made it work though and it was still a great stay over all.

Great place to stay for a weekend away. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to Manito Park yet close to downtown. Super clean and well stocked kitchen.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve rented to date; if not the nicest! Everything about the property is top notch: the neighborhood, the security, the decor, amenities; and size are all perfect. Wally the owner’s dog is a wonderful welcoming committee! Be advised you need to climb a flight of stairs to get to the unit, which wasn’t an issue for my family of 4 that includes two teens, but worth mentioning. Thank you for a fabulous stay; with our daughter starting at GU in the fall, we just may be back!

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. The property is well equipped and clean. The space is homey and secure. The owners live on-site (seperate house) and were welcoming and accommodating. The neighborhood is easily walkable yet close to everything you need. Absolutely will be back!!!!

This lovely apartment is within walking distance to tree lined South Hill boulevards and Manito Park. A great walking neighborhood. It is clean and fresh and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mattresses are great and the kitchen offers all amenities. It is tucked behind the owner's home and feels very secure. They were friendly hosts but the unit offers quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful base for my recent stay to visit old friends!
