Modern and Stately Upper 2-bed in Historic Midtown

The property was not that clean. Specifically, the bathroom needed a good clean and a new shower curtain, liner, and a freshly cleaned bath rug. The living room had popcorn under the TV stand. The front shared balcony is not clean at all. Overall, the property is located in Midtown with many restaurants; the host was timely and professional; and the one parking spot in the back is okay, with plenty of parking on the road. I would suggest going with another midtown property. The price point was nice, but in hindsight, I would have stayed at another property or at a hotel because of the lack of cleanliness.

Great place in a great Midtown location. Perfect for our family of four visiting Memphis for Rhodes Parents Weekend. Would stay again!

Check-in was very easy with codes available via message from the host. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped and even though the AC was all room AC, it did a great job of keeping things cool. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Midtown Memphis!

Very clean and great host!

The host was very responsive but there was a problem with the electricity in her unit that was out of her control. We did not have heat, air, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tv. We only had light in main bedroom and bathroom. Our sleep was disrupted by a weird loud clicking noise coming from the outlets the first night. The 2nd night disrupted by the utility company trying to fix, they did not. Sometimes the lights in unit would flash on and off for several minutes. I was very concerned about an electric fire.

Clean, efficiently run, cute decor, wonderful all the way around!

Visiting our college age son. Very nice to have designated parking, super clean place to stay with laundry.
