The gating room lock system is confusing or nor well explained

Little bit hard to get in the driveway, because the big vehicle just park by the gate before turn in the driveway

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address any issues, which we greatly appreciated.The home comfortably accommodated our group of six, and we loved having three separate bedrooms. The location was also convenient, with the airport, cruise terminal, and downtown Miami all less than 15 minutes away.That said, there were some drawbacks. During the first 24 hours, the air conditioning struggled to cool the house below 80 degrees. It was an extremely hot couple of days, so that may have contributed to the issue, but it was still uncomfortable and there were no ceiling or floor fans. The property is also quite dated and could benefit from some refurbishing.The neighborhood felt questionable to us, with bars on all the windows and doors, and it was not an area where we felt comfortable walking around. Additionally, there are steps up and down between the bedrooms and bathrooms, which could be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns, and it should be noted there is a rooster next door he crows ALL NIGHT!Overall, it worked well as a place for a large group to stay for a night or two before a cruise. While it did not fully meet our expectations based on the many positive reviews, the host’s excellent communication and willingness to help were definite positives.

Property was clean but exterior garbage was overflowing. There were large steps down into two of the rooms that were not described in listing. The property is part of a duplex which is not in the listing. Quality of bedding is poor and there were not extra sheets to use. Neighbor is not the best. Overall disappointing.

Horrible experience. Do not book this property. Very misleading. Terrible neighborhood. Door knob almost falling off, big gap around the door which is a huge safety concern. Garbage all around the property. Checked in, stayed 20 minutes only because we were trying to get an Uber to take us to a hotel. Let the property manager know and the response was that they’ll tape the door. Come on. Be better. It’s the main door, how are you going to tape the door. Also there are roosters next to the property. No thank you, no way!

It was nice especially for the price. Our entire group of 8 was able to sleep comfortably.

Great location in Wynwood, close to everything. The space is spacious; we had 9 people and were very comfortable. Very practical and a great value. Highly recommend.

Great place, we visited the night before we boarded a cruise. Great place, even visited the food truck place two streets over.

House was not like shown in the listing photos. We arrived 15min after check in time and the house was still being cleaned, location was in a less than desirable area where safety was a concern.

This place worked out great for our family of 7 for one night before boarding a cruise. I appreciated having plenty of beds and two bathrooms. There's not a lot of living space, so if you're doing a longer stay you might want more space, but everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Getting into the place was simple and checkout was also very easy. 5 stars!

When not 1, but 2 uber drivers tell you to NOT walk out at night, you know it’s a bad area. Only fitted sheets and comforters on beds, but the worst part of the stay…ROOSTERS!!! Yep…lots of them and chickens roaming around the yards (this one included) woke us up every 45 minutes to an hour starting at 1am. It was awful!!!

The place was quaint and clean. The neighborhood not so good.

The house was nice on the inside but the outside is quite rundown with garbage everywhere. The shower was hard to navigate because the handle is broken. There was dirt and dead bugs in the corners of bedrooms. The laundry is outside and is on a dirt patch (no sidewalk). I couldnt find the key to go outside at first and the host never responded to any of my messages via the app or sms. Every morning we were woken up by chickens and a rooster at 4am. The rooms are not very dark and you can hear the airplanes. Bring ear plugs!

We enjoyed the stay and were very comfortable. The house was clean and everything promised was listed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to our host for the amazing communication and going out of the way for our request.

Plenty of parking, a bit difficult to find but plenty of space and clean

I wanted to like this stay due to the great location, but the whole house reeked of cigarettes. My group and I tried airing out the house and putting up with it, but the stench in the back bedrooms was very bad. We were all getting nauseous. We had to relocate. The owner refused to refund our stay. Vrbo customer service is very poor. The host told us the previous tenants smoked in the house. While the host did offer to have cleaners come by the next day, we had already had to book a last minute different stay. The house was unprepared for our arrival. That cigarette smell would not come out in a day.

The house was great for myself, my husband, and 4 friends. Everything was very clean and it was easy to find. Within walking distance to many things including a nice shopping center and less than 15 minute uber drive to a large amount of restaurants and clubs in wynwood.

Perfect and better than expected. Never know what you’re gonna get in Miami and I would stay here every time!

It was clean. Smaller than the pictures listed. The roosters OMG!!!!!!! Im glad it was just 1 night. The location of the property was in the ghetto and I will never book it again.

Was very nice to be able to stay here during my family vacation. Was close to all the places we wanted to go. Would recommend to friends that are looking for a place to stay.

This is a much older house in an older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification. There is a lot of trash in the neighborhood and there lots of interesting people. However, the house is clean and adequate for a short stay. The hosts must have a problem with parties because they were very concerned and required to see my ID, requested credit card info, and demanded I sign an additional contract. I would not stay here for a vacation but it was perfect for a few hours so we could sleep and shower!

Perfect for my family of 6 for a couple of days in Miami prior to a weekend in the Keys. Location is ideal in Wynwood - 15 minutes from anywhere you wish to go (airport, South Beach, little Havana, Coral Gabled, U of Miami, etc) and walking distance to Arts district. Host communicated well, the place was clean and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nice for anyone staying longer than a few days. Highly recommended.

Things were as listed and clean. Parking for multiple vehicles within the property.At first sight neighborhood looks questionable, but no problems at all. Good location with short distance to interesting places in Wynwood.The neighbor's roosters was difficult to overcome in the early mornings (most of us ended up sleeping with earplugs).

Property isn’t in the best neighborhood, but it was close to airport and cruise port. Unit smelled a little musty. Unit was tidy, beds were clean, but everyone’s feet/socks were black from walking around the unit. We only stayed one night after flying into Miami and before leaving on a cruise. In short, I’d stay here again for another night, but would look for something else if vacationing in Miami, and not just passing through.

This place was lovely and close walking distance to the art district!

We didnt stay long, it is a nice place, the neighboring area and homes are a bit sketchy. Trash in the alley and the gate was an offset, but all went well. I would stay again if needed.

Fantastic property. Very clean. Having 3 bedrooms was a game changer. Short walk to local restaurants and bars in Wynwood. Would stay again the next time I venture to the Miami area.

We were very happy with our stay. Location was very close to our cruise port and close to shopping and restaurants.

We were looking for a convenient place to spend the night prior to departing on a cruise. This home was near a vibrant downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was also convenient to the airport and the Port of Miami. The host was very helpful when we needed an earlier check in time. The home was clean and comfortable for 8 adults. The neighborhood was a little older, but I would stay here again.

The pictures are good inside. However this location is located in a very bad neighborhood. I selected this place because it had enough beds to accommodate my Cruise Group. The group came up from Jamaica to cruise from Port of Miami and only needed a one night stay. When the first person arrived to the apartment the lock would not work. This was a big deal because the apartment is located in a very bad neighborhood, there was garbage on the floors, the fence had a rooster sitting on it. The neighborhood looks and can be very dangerous and honestly it was scary for my guests. I had my guests try a few more times and then called the phone listed for Kaya. A person answered (she was not Kaya) and said send a video and then hung up. We called her back but she did not answer. I walked her through the steps again. We tried a couple more times we added one additional step…code, turn lock and pull door handle we finally got in. The ad says heart of Wynwood however it’s not true. Wynwood is a walkable area this location is not. I would not recommend this spot. I’m a local travel agent and I would not place any of my clients here again. If I could attach pictures in this review I would show you.

Overall it was a good stay, but I thought there would be plenty of sleeping space, but it was a little short.

We were able to show the family south beach, enjoy dinner at one of our favorite spots, and then easily get to where we needed to go the following morning.

Overall a very good value for the price charged. The place is set up for large groups (it can sleep up to 10) with the kitchen stocked for eating at the home, but not for preparing large meals. There was a very cute cat that visited us every day, but we could have done without the 6am wake up calls from the roosters that live next door. The neighborhood was fine and you are very close to many activities and sites in the Miami area.
