This modern and recently renovated apartment offers a clean, functional design with plenty of natural light throughout. Located on the ground floor, it provides direct access from the private terrace to the communal swimming pool, creating a relaxed and practical holiday setup.



The property features two comfortable bedrooms, a master bedroom in suite and second one with a separated bathroom. A fully equipped open kitchen, a bright living and dining area, with a confortable sofa bed. Designed for both short and mid-term stays, it offers everything needed for a comfortable Marbella experience.



The large private terrace is one of the highlights of the apartment, allowing easy indoor-outdoor living and direct access to the pool area, perfect for enjoying Marbella’s sunny climate year-round.

Getting Around:

Everything is easily accessible on foot, by taxi, or via ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt. Marbella Old Town and the beach are within walking distance, making a car optional for most stays.



Málaga Airport is approximately 35–40 minutes away by car, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
