*This unit is located on the 2nd floor there are 12 steps to the front porch and another about 12 steps to the 2nd floor. If you have trouble climbing stairs this unit may not be for you.

Our place is literally steps away (No Really!) from the famous Wrigley Field. The place has tall 10ft ceiling with HUGE bay-like windows in the living room and large windows in dining area. It allows for plenty of light during the day. LOCATED on a corner lot that makes it great for those who just love to People Watch. You will feel a part of the action when people are streaming by the dining area windows excited about the cubs game for the day or watching people who live in the city go about their routine during the day! The red line train station & bus stop is literally right next to the flat and you will see a crowd of people shuffling off the train and out on the street toward the stadium.

The apartment features a multi setting shower with a rainfall shower head for a relaxing experience. We provide shampoo and body wash for guest use.
Provided inside is 2 queen beds, fitted and top sheets included on the beds, roll out twin bed and a convertible sleeper couch.

If you are anything like us you can spend your mornings looking at the homes or nearby places as you walk or bike (using the nearest Divvy Bike) the neighborhood. Whether just to grab some groceries at the nearest store, go the coffee shop or just roam the streets for those who love to look at architecture.

Want a new scenery Hop on the Red line train next to us and head 15-20 minutes to downtown and what better way to feel like a local get a good view of passing neighborhoods from your seat and views of the tall buildings passing you by as you get into Downtown!

This is one of three vacation rentals in the building. This is the top floor in a raised brick 2 flat building with a below level apartment. There is two others below this apartment. To get inside there is a main door to enter from outside then there is a another apartment door (out of 3 apartment doors). You will have your own code to use on our smart locks for convenience. No key is provided!

We provide residential street parking passes. We provide the parking passes that allow guests to park on any residential street side street in the neighborhood.

    We stayed for the Winter Classic at Wrigley and couldn’t have picked a better property to stay at! It is literally a block away from Wrigley. Property was clean and as described. Only wish they would have been stocked up with a few more things for the kitchen. Not enough cups, plates and lacking basic cookware, like a baking sheet. Otherwise would definitely stay here again if I’m coming for an event at Wrigley!

    Arrived and easily was able to find street parking. The building was in a good location but front yard and steps of the apt was cluttered with trash, which was unappealing. The steps up the 3rd unit are steep and narrow, which may be difficult for some to navigate. The apt. was as described but was not well cleaned. Strangely enough the beds had freshly washed bedding (my main concern!) but there was debris on the floor like someone had walked around with mud and leaves on their shoes, a dirty glass in the sink, and a muddy footprint on one bedroom wall. The vacuum that we found in the closet wasn’t working, so we had to wear shoes around the apt. the entire trip, which I did not like. The kitchen faucet was not working and I notified the owner immediately. He texted me a couple things to try, saying sometime the button on the faucet would get stuck. Well, try is we could, we could not get that damn button to pop out so that we had running water. Not a huge deal the first night because we got in late and had dinner out. However, I texted him the next morning that it still was not working. We planned to use the kitchen for lunch and breakfast and needed running water. At 9:22am I requested that he send someone over to look at it. No response. At 4:02pm I texted asking if he would discount our stay since we now had gone all day without water, no response. At 5:51pm he said he would send someone. No one ever came and I ended up buying a tool to dig in faucet to pop the thing.

    Basic downtown Chicago condo very conveniently located right near Wrigley Field and the Red Line (Addison). Check in and check out and all communications with owner were great. Beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and A/C worked well, and extra fans in the bedrooms were very helpful. Train/street noise was not bad unless you are super sensitive. Only reason that we didn't rate 5 stars is parts of place are a little bit run down and some areas could use a deep cleaning and kitchen was really only stocked with the basics. But overall it was a great stay and the great location makes up for some of the other things!

    As advertised, no surprises which is good when renting. Location was fantastic, we found street parking easily. Only suggestion would be clean up outside. Curb appeal could be better.
