Modern 2 Bedroom Sea View Apartment

We had a great week at Mariella and Lawrence’s apartment. The apartment is modern, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are big with plenty of storage space. We used the apartment as a base while we explored the island. The bus stops were close by. The area had shops and restaurants and it was a quiet, safe neighbourhood.Mariella and Lawrence were welcoming and responsive if we had questions.We would recommend this accommodation.

OMG what a beautiful and clean apartment.The hosts were absolutely wonderful. So responsive to questions we had. The Lift broke and the hosts followed up to see when the lift would be fixed and then notified me.I can not recommend this apartment enough.We are coming back next year and if available I will be staying here again.All restaurants and convenience stores all in walking distance from property

Just perfect

The apartment is very good & has every facility you could want. From the balcony you have a sea view & shops & amenities are within a short walk. The host Mariella is friendly & helpful & met me on arrival to show me around. However the apartment is in a noisy area, with noisy building starting at 7am weekday mornings. This will stop at some point. Also I was unlucky with having noisy neighbours. The apartments are very close together so every sound can be heard, loud voices, loud music, children screaming etc. Not making for a restful holiday. These may have been loud guests who have no departed.

This property is wonderful, the pictures show its amazing & it really is! Mariella & Laurence have provided everything that you would want in a self catering property with a lovely view to boot! They also provide a washing machine! Theres a bus stop 200metres from the front of the property and buses go all over the island,very handy! There is a supermarket 10 metres away that stocks everything too. Hosts were very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble, even letting us stay longer than the mentioned check out time, fantastic!

The apartment is perfect, very clean, and well appointed. The host is helpful and very quick to reply if needed.

We travel frequently and stay at a variety of places throughout the year. Our experience here far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. I have white glove expectations and this home was the cleanest I've experienced in all my years of travel. Mariella was a communicative, helpful, and gracious host throughout our stay. She checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout or time there. The location was fantastic with beautiful views and is in a safe, quiet area. There was easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation. When I return to Malta, I will definitely rent this apartment again. I give it my highest recommendation!

Go no further, if this apartment is free book it! It is very well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable holiday. The location is perfect just five minutes walk from the promenade with some great bars and restaurants. You can take the promenade right round to St Paul’s if your into your walking.There is a great bus service that we used as we didn’t want to hire a car and we had no problems, on hour to Valletta, 45 minutes to Mdina and 40 to the ferry for a crossing to Gozo.Our hosts Mariella and Lawrence were fantastic very quick to reply to questions that we had and always available. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

We had the opportunity to be in Malta for three weeks. We can not say enough at how great this apartment is. This is not the best part the owners are amazing. They were so helpful in contacting us with the best guide for Malta and Sicily. The area of the Apartment in my view is perfect location in Malta. It is in the center. Since all the main things to see are on one end or the other it works out logistically very well. At the entrance to your stay there is all the dinning one could want from small restaurants to high-end dinning ,all with in a few minute walk. Great smaller grocery stores or a 6 Euro ride on bolt to a bigger store. Lawrence and Mirelle even call the guide in Sicily to find out if our visit was good, Fabio took us to so many things on Sicily, we had no idea the history there as well. We will be telling any body that has the joy of going to Malta this is the best place to stay ever. Forever grateful to have found this gem in Malta

Lovely comfortable well equipped apartment with great views. A car is not required as shops, restaurants and bus stops within a short walking distance. Very attentive hosts who truly care

The property was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Mariella and Lawrence where great hosts and always available on Whatsapp for any questions we might have.

Mariella and Laurence are fabulous hosts. You could not expect the apartment to be better furnished or equipped. We wanted for nothing on our two week stay. Very clean communal area and working lifts. Both of the hosts were available at the end of the phone should they be required but they weren't!
