Modern 2 Bed, 2 Bath Central Dublin Flat near Trinity College

The two bedrooms and bathrooms was a huge plus for our group of four. It would get warm at night and there's a bus stop right outside which makes a loud night especially when the windows are open.

Great location and flat. Check in was a little frustrating but once we met with Maria everything was great. We rented a vehicle. Extra charge for parking and King beds Once you get acclimated to everything then it’s all good. Host was rude on emails which is their preferred means of communication. Website was archaic and overwhelming on instructions for flat

Great location, safe and secure building and area. Convenient to many attractions and transportation.

4 senior ladies stayed for 16 nights. Apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of many tourist sites. We took taxis and had no trouble hailing them very near the apartment. Had modern and easy to use washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. There is an elevator. Owner provided detailed information for the apartment and was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a great location!! Very central to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Being able to do laundry was great! It could have used a Kleenex box or two, and a plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer would have been nice, but we figured out a way to make the hairdryer easier. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

The apartment was great and equipped with everything you need except bar soap/body wash and shampoo. The kitchen is fully equipped nicely!

This was my second time staying in this flat. The owner and manager are responsive and helpful. The location makes getting around Dublin fast and easy. The flat has everything you need for easy living.

Great stay

The property was great! Close to everything yet far enough from the tourist traffic. Spacious bathrooms, all the kitchen amenities needed, and a washer with dryer. There was a bit of confusion as to which building entrance lead to the flat and the fab pick up location was of no help. Once the flat was located, it was easy entry. The outside door of the building didn't always latch tightly. You can hear the public transit train when the windows are open but not when then they are closed. The 2 balconies are a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or a night cap. The host did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked on the flat and the flat book comtains a ton of useful information. There was a little pub called Moss Lane at the end of the block...highly recommend and just atound the corner a lovely coffee shop with delicious bakery items and a Tesco express across the street. All these items made the location even better. I would definitely recommend this listing and would book it again!

This home was great for our first trip to Dublin! It had all of the spaces we needed, felt safe, and was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see. The beds were very comfortable, water was hot and the washer/dryer was a huge help to us! I gave an overall rating of 4 because it is right next to the train tracks, so is a little loud until around 11pm. City noise will likely be a factor any place you stay, and this was not obnoxiously loud, so would not keep us from staying here again. A European home will be different than a US home, this place was not fancy but was clean and very nice. It's hard to know whether VRBO's will have toiletries, this one has hand soap, but not bath soap, shampoo/conditioner.Pre-arrival communication from the owner was exceedingly helpful! We were a bit nervous to tackle a new, international city, but David and this place made it a breeze. I marked check-in as a 4 because of the uncertainty (prior to arriving) of how well the check-in process would work. The reality was that it worked really well, no problems at all!

David was very easy to get in touch with. His place is in a great area where you can walk anywhere in central Dublin including Trinity College, Temple Bar and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our time in Dublin.

My spouse and I visited Dublin for about a week. We were more than pleased with the location's size, cleanliness, and safety. The check-in and out process was easy and easy to understand. It is wonderfully placed in double with easy access to various forms of public transportation if you want to explore further locations in the city or if you want to leave the city for a day trip.

Wonderful location, communication with owner was easy & answered all our questions. Accommodation was given, due to very early landing of our plane. Wonderful experience all around.

The flat is centrally located. We were able to walk to all the major sites and attractions. David was extremely easy to communicate with and the flat instruction book was the most comprehensive I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend the flat to anyone who wishes to stay in city center.
