Such a cool, modern place to stay! Great communication from the hosts. Loved the doors that slide open to green space. Very clean and well-stocked with necessities- dishes, soap, first aid kit, qtips. We will be back!

Beautiful upscale place.

All the places we love to shop and eat were close by! The kitchen provided all the things we needed to prepare the food we brought with us.

We were very pleased with the location and the accommodations except for the cleanliness in some respects. There was a build up of dust on the wall hanging in the bathroom and corners were dirty along with the floor along the kitchen area … see photos … but all in all I think I would return next year

The rental process was super easy from beginning to end. The condo was better than expected…spotlessly clean, comfortable and overlooking a wooded lot so it was quiet and very comfortable.

The flat was lovely. We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the patio and the modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable too. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. When we walked in to our room it smelled strongly of onions and garlic. We had to air it out for a few hours. The couch was covered with long white hair. There was hair hanging off the back of the couch and touching the table too. The silverware drawer had hair in it. The sink had chunks of food sitting in it. The microwave had grease/food smeared on the front and on the handle. Coffee grounds on the counter. The floor was dirty/dusty along the wall under the tv. We weren’t very happy to have to clean it all up before settling in.

This property was everything we needed with our long weekend. Off the beaten path to Egg Harbor, good amenities, and quiet. Really appreciate the stay!

Beautiful space

Quaint and lovely flat, felt clean, safe, and accommodating. Perfect location to walk to nearby shops/restaurants. Host was communicative.

We had an excellent stay in a very smartly designed space at The Flats. Our hosts were very communicative and let us know everything we needed to know. Our unit was very private and quiet and had cottontail bunnies visiting our patio everyday. Egg Harbor is an artsy town and not near as busy as some of the other spots and that suited us fine.We will definitely be letting our friends know about this spot!

Great spot just minutes from everything in Egg Harbor. Stayed here with my mom for a couple of days and it was perfect. Clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Super close to Peninsula Players too, which was great. One night a storm cancelled our plans, so we just relaxed and watched the smart TV in the bedroom. We appreciated that even though it’s a smaller place, there were two TVs to choose from, even if you don’t come to Door County just to watch TV! We also loved spending time on the little patio overlooking the wildflowers.The king bed was really comfortable. The bedroom doesn’t have a door but closes off enough for privacy. Would definitely recommend for a nice, easy stay in Door County!

We loved the location, as it’s very walkable to the grocery store and restaurants. We also enjoyed the modern feel of the unit. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was exactly what we were looking for, the location was within walking distance to the downtown area, the unit was clean, spacious and modern. It was equipped with everything we needed.

We loved the heated floors as it was pretty chilly while we were in Door County. It was a perfect place for two people for a couple days. We would stay here again.

Had a great time, weather was awful, but the place was great. Warm floors felt very secure with the unique locking system.

Everything was nice, location is great

We loved our stay at The Flats. It was modern, comfortable and clean. The only item that would have been a bonus would have been a cozy blanket that we could have used for the couch while watching TV.

This place was perfect for our mini anniversary trip! The place was clean and tidy! The owners were very responsive and check in and out was a breeze! Lots of cute shops and tons to do within walking distance, too!

The flats at Church Street are perfectly located for easy and quick access to all that Door County has to offer. Suzie and Rob were responsive and had provided detailed check-in/check-out instructions. The flat is beautifully done and very comfortable. Everything we needed for our short stay was already thought of and provided by the hosts. We hope to be back again soon. Thanks Suzie and Rob!

Came to Door County for a wine dinner and needed a convenient place to stay. Lovely unit. Clean. Great architecture. Friendly hosts. Epilepsy definitely stay here again!

We lived the Flats! Such a unique place to stay. I absolutely loved the floor to ceiling windows. We saw a deer right outside the door on our first day there! The flat was clean,loved the decor, loved the heated floors and felt it was a cozy atmosphere just to relax and spend time with my busy family. I am very particular when it comes to places I stay, but the Flats exceeded my expectations! We will be back!
