Modern 1 Bedroom Loft Apartment!

Love the space, was in town for a wedding and was a great space to stay with the dogs. We all had plenty of room and were able to walk around to and from the venue

Everything we needed and more. The place was stunning and the bed was large and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Would happily stay here again. The loft had everything we needed. Parking was easy. Good / fast access to the city. The building was quiet. View was great.

Host was excellent initially as I had difficulties with my booking. On arrival, the place wasn’t properly cleaned and closets and drawers messy with odds and ends. Previous guests bag with undergarments and more private items on closet floor. Sheets stained (later told it was bleach but given personal items I wasn't sure. This was unsettling.)Extra mattress dirty and lumpy and couch not clean. This and other minor concerns results in us being uncomfortable and leaving after one night of a planned 3 day stay. Given previous guests rated of 10, I can only conclude poor cleaning. When I communicated issues (including pictures) the response left me feeling my concerns weren't legitimate. We could have made do as I had done some cleaning for my family but a stained and old mattress for my two adult children made this untenable. Refunded one night our cleaning fee. Had requesting additional compensation but told they felt this more than fair. If host responds, I won't reply. Could be a cool place to stay with some attention.

This was a great apartment I. A very quiet building. The apartment is huge. The bed is comfortable and warm. Heat worked great. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and even more if needed.

We had another fantastic stay at Button lofts! We highly recommend it and look forward to our next stay. Paige was amazing and communicated frequently. Love the space! Wish we could live there full time!

Great loft. Great communication. We loved staying here for a long weekend. We loved it so much that we wish we could've stayed longer if we could. We'll be back.

Paige’s place looked just as good in person, the building felt secure, parking was easy, and the views were great. The location of the property was great for getting to all areas of Rochester. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the combo washer/dryer - we couldn’t get it to completely dry or turn on dry only, so plan ahead if you need to do laundry. There was a drying rack to air dry items, which was very helpful.

Stayed here after a weekend of rainy camping western New York. Was great for day trips to the finger lakes

Loved the openness, windows and being on 5th floor.
