Stayed Sep 30, 2025Very nicely renovated apartment in an older home. Quiet. Well maintained. Clean. Grocery store nearby. Location close to downtown and easy to get on major roads. Parts of neighbourhood around a little sketchy. Made us reluctant to walk after dark but during daylight hours, no problem. Property host very responsive.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Beautiful, clean and updated interior, very nice place! Host was excellent, helpful and prompt. Peaceful background music upon entry was a nice touch! Close to downtown, which is grewt for food and entertainment. Not the greatest area of Moncton, however. No issues at all, just felt a bit sketchy at night. The city seems to have a severe homeless problem.

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Property was fine , 1bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean . But, be aware that 71 Dominion st location, has an other AirB@B above it . Its an oldeeer house thats been nicely converted. We were disappointed that a good nights sleep isnt possible here , due to foot stomping from traffic and voices herd from above us . As late as 2am the following morning . You might want to keep shopping , if you like sleeping nights as much as us .

Stayed May 18, 2024The place was ok if you just wanted a place to sleep but the kitchen was lacking in supplies - no can opener or kettle. It was great that there were coffee pods to use. The inside of the unit was clean but there was garbage around the property when we arrived and it did get cleaned up 2 days later. We also woke up to a mouse in a trap in the kitchen on the last day so that wasn’t great !
