MM Studio 1 - Great Value for Stunning Beach

Nice central location, nicest snorkeling and walking beach close by. Comfy, basic accommodation with everything we needed. Not the ritz but definitely good value compared to resort prices. Comfy bed!! Didn't mind the road noise, it was fairly minimal and it was interesting to watch people go by from our deck. We would dedinitely stay again.

amenities were great, and the room was amazing along with the location. The one downside was that the room would get extremely hot in the afternoon/evening as the sun would set, as there was only a fan and no aircon! Otherwise we had an amazing stay

It's in fact on the road across the street from the beach and there is no access to the beach near the house. Otherwise it was very comfortable and clean.

We loved the property but ended up checking out a few days early because the road outside is pretty noisy and we weren't able to relax.

My experience staying at MMStudios was great as a first-timer in Raro. Practically zero issues to mention. The space was perfect, bathroom was just right, resources, appliances and other attributing home necessities within a few steps reach. Grocery store, and places to eat are super close by, about a 1min drive away or 5-8 mins if you're walking, and not to mention the beach is literally right outside, so ofcourse that's a huge bonus. Overall, definitely a place to take into consideration as a first-timer, minimalist, on a budget, or if you plan on being out more rather than staying in. Definitely looking foward to my next trip there ?

MM Studio 1 was perfect for the type of holiday we planned. Plenty of room for two, a very comfortable king size bed and a great shower. A well equipped kitchen meant we could self cater if we wanted to stay in. We loved the deck as well. Eddie C kept in touch both before and during our stay and was a great help with hiring a car. Unfortunately we didn’t meet him in person - it would have been nice to do so. The only negative really is that parts of the Studio are tired and in need of some TLC - please do something about the side door - it is a real blot on an otherwise tidy property and the reason for the 4 star ratings. We didn’t mind the gecko that scuttled in and out but other, larger, beasties would have no trouble getting in as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great location,100metres to the beach, supermarket walking distance, bus at the door if required. Thought the road out front would be intrusive, it wasn’t. Great talking and sharing experience with our neighbours. Will be back

Very adequate for what we wanted. A couple of things missing were replaced promptly. Close to shop, restaurants and car hire. Great swimming and snorkeling.
