Excellent stay. Great communication

Excellent unit, clean and bright. Once we got the parking information (get the video) we were settled and could easily walk to all the sights. Make sure you get all the videos (they forgot the parking videos), the property mgmt company is a little bit of a challenge to communicate with, in the end it was worth it.

The communication is excellent. I was initially confused and nervous about paying outside of VRBO but an agent confirmed that the host uses a different way to pay so there was no need for alarm. I also booked the underground parking spot at 20 night to avoid trying to find on street parking even in the off season of January - so glad I did this. Parking garage is tight so take your time doing this. Instructions are very clear for the parking spot. The home is as advertised. Our favourite part was the memory foam bed and pillows. Was easy walking distance to the bridge to cross to Sevilla sights. TV remote seemed a bit difficult to work, maybe low batteries, hard to press, and limited English channels but gave us the chance to enjoy music. Many of the family owned restaurants I had researched were seasonal and closed while we were there but we found other places to enjoy great food. Thanks you for hosting us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sevilla and would stay here again.

Fran, the host, was fantastic. Very communicative and quick to help out. We left something behind after we checked out and he was able to let us in to retrieve it. The place had nice beds and a nice bathroom as well. The kitchen also had a washing machine that we were able to use. Thanks again for a great stay and a really nice location.

Great location to enjoy Seville. Property is clean and well maintained.

The service and communication was great! We had to check in late because our train was delayed and there was someone there to help us check in and provide all info! The location is a bit far from the main areas of Seville - but we knew that was the case. Still a good spot to stay, lots of restaurants and markets around. The apartment is big, 2 bedrooms and a large living room but could use a bit of upkeep. There is dust, stains in some areas and a few doors on cabinets in the kitchen are falling off. The shower is uncomfortable since you can’t move the handle unless you hold it annd honestly our biggest issue was that. Overall not a bad stay, with a little bit of upkeep it would be 5 stars! The host overall was great and I would recommend for people who need a safe and comfortable place to sleep but maybe not spend the full day.

Lots of construction in the neighborhood so it took us a while to find the apartment because of the number of detours. Lot of one-way streets so we were going around in circles.Found it confusing how to get into the building for the first time but that may have been my fault as it was the first time dealing with this buyer. They were very prompt responding to any questions that we had.Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location and super clean place

Loved the location in the Triana area enjoying the local culture and a short walk to everything. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed.Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Well appointed, close to everything. Check in process was easy, key access etc. 5 min walk to bridge, 15 min tops to the center of everything!!
