When making a reservation, it is essential to send the full names and ID numbers (Identity Documents) of each of the guests, arrival time (Check-In) so that access to the building/key delivery and check-in time can be previously coordinated. check-out to schedule the cleaning of the apartment for the new guest.

    Was not told by Property host that there was ongoing daily construction right below the Living room and Bedroom windows ,Very Disturbing.If I was aware of that I would have never booked this property.The host was quick to respond to problems but then it would take 3 or more days to resolve the problems like Broken Microwave,Broken Blender.Also the only TV that worked properly was the one in the living room,the other 2 TV's always had problems with the signal.I would never recommend this property to anyone.It literally ruined my family vacation

    The property was clean, fresh, spacious, and good location near many stores. Doormen were awesome and helpful. Maria was easy to communicate with . I would recommend this apartment
