Stayed Jul 10, 2025The unit was clean and well-appointed. Directions and information were clear and easy to follow. I wasnt thirilled with the location. Upon booking, it's listed as Kings Beach (key to my decision to rent it), not Tahoe Vista, which is where it actually is.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Great location for North Shore and Kings beach area... pool is clean as well as hit tub. The apartment complex is very out dated. The room is clean... but not under the couch.... kiddo moved it amd saw some prizes. Cute little studio but the whole complex needs to be renovated. So for the price wasnt to thrilled.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Door numbering does not make sense, so it took us a while to find our room. screen door on balcony was outside of rails, so we could not use the deck area. Main complaint concerns the listing itself, as this was a studio, not a 1 bedroom. Bedrooms have a door separating the bedroom and the common space.My guest ended up spending the second night at hyatt regency because of this, we both needed a bit more space, and were somewhat uncomfortable with this arrangement, as we expected the room to be separated from the common space.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024This is a great place for 2 (there is a couch and, I believe, a rollaway bed so 4 could probably make it). It’s small/cozy, but we don’t vacation for the accommodations. We don’t want to stay in a dump, but we go places to see and do so we don’t spend lots of hours, or days, lounging around our room. It’s been renovated recently. Full kitchen (including dishwasher) and bath. Pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker…basics for meal prep if you don’t want to eat out 2-3 times a day. It’s only 2-3 minutes straight down the hill to Kings Beach. We loved it.
