Stayed Apr 26, 2024The flat was ideally located for my purposes - near the National Archives and the Underground. A shopping area was nearby as were pubs (all quite nice). Kew Gardens is also close. Couldn't be beat. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Perfectly happy with my stay and experience.

Stayed Dec 19, 2022This property has an excellent location - a 2 min walk to the train station as well as being on a major bus route. It is a small property; bedroom, tiny bathroom, kitchen/dining/living but is all we needed. We briefly met the host, very accommodating and kind. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and biscuits provided on check in. Lacked a few basics...no tea towel, no tongs, picnic set of cutlery(!!) with max 2 spoons...mmmmmm. But micrro wave, hot plates, washer/dryer and heaters all worked well. Bedroom quite noisy - tricky if you're a light sleeper. Traffic noise all night...but it is on the south circular, so expected I guess. Double glazing would fix it! On the whole we were happy, mostly because it was well located to transport, Thames path, Kew Gardens.

Stayed Jun 30, 2019Overall the apartment is exactly as shown and perfect for a short stay for two adults. We appreciated having little things provided, soap for the washer, dish soap for example. Two concerns we had: The hot water is scaldingly hot. The rope stair railing is insecure for anyone with mobility issues as it is not a fixed support.
