Stayed Nov 12, 2025The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the concierge was very helpful. Parking is a bit confusing at first, but once she helped us figure it out, it worked fine. It cost us 24 for more than 10 hours - not the posted 30 - and we just took a ticket as we entered the garage each evening and paid by CC the next morning. The price was not included in the rental.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025The location and place was great once we got in to the site. Poor communication with global regarding the name lf the site. No where in the paperwork i receivedbdid i see the name of Skymark. That made knowing where to go a little difficult. Communication also poor with documents being asked for. I received an email friday late morning on the day we were to check in that they needed a new copy of my drivers license. Then when i didnt respond right away, they sent another that this was pending cancelation. I was driving all Friday morning and early afternoon and did not see the notes until we arrived at the facility. We had a delay getting to the room. It was very stressful! Once we got into the room, it was great Beautiful apartment and location. Everyone there was vey nice and helpful! Thank you!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The apartment was very clean and it was exactly what we wanted. It had a full kitchen, nice size living room, dining room table a family of 5 could sit at and 2 full bathrooms. It was the perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday.
