The place was great! Worked perfect for a weekend stay and the location was awesome.

This property was nicely decorated with some housekeeping issues. The Host did communicate very well and rectified the minor issues. The parking entrance is a little steep and small. The property has washer and dryer appliances for your washing needs. There were 2 beds inside the bedroom. The larger bed can accommodate 3 people and the twin sized bed is for one person, maybe two if it’s small children. Thanks for hosting us!

The stay was ok, I had to be in town because of my mother being in the hospital, I stayed in this place from the 14th through the 19th, after this I went back to my home town because mom seemed to be a bit better, but remained in the hospital, on the 20th I received a call from the hospital in regards of my mother’s health going down, so I had to go back to Mobile and contacted this company through Vrbo and that night I did notice that something was going on with the site, so I reached out to them in regards of the possibility of reserving the same me place, only because it was convenient and close to the hospital, they charged my credit card $ 626.40 without me having to complete the reservation and sending the required documents to complete it, I didn’t hear from them and waited for them to provide the information which it never happened. The days I was requesting the reservation was from the 21st through the 26th because I didn’t hear from them I ended up renting another place near the hospital. And Because I didn’t hear from them I thought that the reservation didn’t go through only to find out a few days later from my cc company that they did charge it for days that I didn’t even used to stay in. After going through my mother passing and having to go through all this pain. I had to deal with patriots family’s company with trying to get my money back which it didn’t happened. They are not an honest company and all they care is about the money! Beware!!

Quaint historic property, comfortable, and well appointed.

It was a lovely, quiet location Very clean and easy to get back and forth to while visiting There was some slight issues with the booking, however it was able to be resolved and I would stay at this property again.

We loved staying here. It is close to downtown Mobile yet is in a quiet neighborhood. The unit (one of four) is spacious and cozy and well equipped. The second floor entails a serious flight of stairs. Our only concern was the difficulty exiting the driveway since the bottom of the car frequently

Met our needs. Will rent again. Pretty neat little house.
