We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming flat crossing East-West of a surface of 36 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other flats and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small impasse. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Between Saint Malo and Cancale, come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a holiday resort for tourists in all seasons.

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1 hour by car.

    Minihic The apartment is located in a peaceful town about 15 mins driving from St Malo. Location is great, a bakery, a small grocery shop, a cafe are just around the corner. Easy check in. The only issue is the apartment is labeled with number instead of ‘name’ on the door plate so it took sometime for us to find out. It is number 4 unit. Good point: - fully functional kitchen - very responsive management - good for a small family - private parking space for each unit Can be improved: - The living room can be quite warm at night in Aug - the whole apartment is floor with wood paquet -can be difficult to control the young kid who like to run and jump all the times. We can also hear the upstairs neighbors walking . Need to improve the soundproofing - curtain is very thin in the bedroom. A blackout curtain would be helpful especially in summer
