Minette's Downtown Condo | Historic Spot in Downtown Hendersonville

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and had high end finishes. It was such an easy 3-4 min walk right into Main St. Hendersonville. No issues with check-in and the rental company is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

The condo was great, in a great location, walkable to downtown for restaurants and shops. Finding the key, and getting into the condo upon check-in was tricky but Yonder communicated quickly to help. The part I really dislike is this is the first ever rental where you have to check out by 10 am. Most places are at least 11 am or noon. So didn't like that we had to rush to be out after paying that much for the rental.

This was a wonderful stay! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and incredibly easy to walk to everything in downtown. We love it here.

Exactly as described, very clean, close enough to walk to all the shops in Hendersonville. Very relaxing atmosphere.

This condo was absolutely perfect. It had all the necessities and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensil essentials. Lovely living room area with Roku tv so we could watch all of our streaming apps. The beds are very comfortable. Ample closet and drawer space. The building is walking distance to downtown Hendersonville where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options.

We absolutely loved the apartment. I appreciate that it was decorated to represent the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the beds were wonderful. I really liked that. The kitchen was so well stocked.. Everything was extremely clean.. The location Couldn’t have been better Because it was one block off of Main Street Hendersonville. I will definitely come back

This property is lovely......I came with a friend who really needed a change of scenery and this was perfect! So very close to alot of fun places! We actually have a new business in Mills River, Southeastern Tile Connection, and I am so looking forward to coming back to visit the store and hoping to be able to stay at Minette's Downtown Condo! Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you so much! Sharon

It was our first time in Hendersonville and we elected to stay near downtown. This place was perfect. It was within walking distance of Main Street and all its associated restaurants and bars. It's a perfect place for couples. And, the property manager was very responsive to all questions.

Everything fabulous except for one problem. Neighbor above (2b) stomping instead of walking.

Charming condo in an older building. The building has been modernized but keeps the early 1900’s feel. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Downtown area on foot.

Minette’s condo was wonderful! It was extremely clean, well appointed, and met our needs perfectly. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and driving distance to so many other things. We hope to come back and bring our husbands next time!
