Stayed Sep 26, 2025This was the worst stay I have ever encountered. Though check in time was 2:30 and we arrived at 3pm, we had to wait outside for 15 minutes to get a response from the owner. When we finally were about to enter the building it took another 15 minutes to find the correct keys. At this time our luggage is still in the car because we can’t secure it in the building due to lack of keys. We finally get the keys, then the tv doesn’t work. They switched out the cables and got the tv working however, half of the streaming services never worked. Owner tried to solve the issue but avoided clicking on the actual streaming service we were interested in. I was so frustrated I just said don’t worry about it, I will watch via my phone. We left for a bit and came back in to a door that wouldn’t open. It took at least 4 minutes to get the door unlocked to gain entry. This happened multiple times throughout the night. The bathroom door wouldn’t close leaving you with no privacy. There were also plumbing pipes running over the foot of the bed. You could hear water running every time someone flushed or showered upstairs. When it was time for bed, I took my shoes off and stepped on the carpet that was so wet it soaked through my socks. I would definitely recommend not staying at this basement location.
