Stayed Mar 27, 2026This would have been a 5-star review if the listing would have been more transparent in the fact that this a 2-person (3 max if you don’t mind a daybed in the same room as you) room. Another helpful description would be that the room is lofted in case you have mobility issues. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

Stayed Mar 15, 2026The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean and roomy and in the historical district. Downstairs is a small kitchen and upstairs is a large living space with a king bed and day bed with trundle. It was perfect for my wife and two younger boys. You can walk downtown in about 10-15 minutes or drive down the hill a bit and park off of the main drag without having to pay for parking. Rob and Joy were easy to work with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Hot Springs.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026The space was clean and just as described. Communication and hospitality were amazing. Centrally located for a range of things ro do from the race track and casino, to downtown shopping, to hiking the trails right behind the residence. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025The property rental was excellent, although we didn’t spend much time at the property due to activities with family that lived nearby, it was wonderful to come home to a peaceful place to rest after our day’s activities, I would recommend this property and the host (quick response time) for future stays in Hot Springs

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Plenty of room and so close to everything! We were able to quickly get downtown and to walking trails. We even got to see a deer lying in the backyard, which was really cool. We even watched her run up the hill back into the woods. The hosts were very helpful & responsive. We really enjoyed their food recommendations! I would definitely recommend & stay here again if I’m ever in Hot Springs!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Located in a historic, quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to downtown. The space was way bigger than the photos made it look which was great. Well appointed and comfy bed. Hosts were great. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 2, 2025If you're on the fence about staying here, definitely stay! The suite is comfortable, spacious, and clean. We were only two traveling, but our family of four would have easily been able to spread out as well. We enjoyed that the little kitchen had a small fridge and an air fryer for cooking and toasting as well. Extra bonus: walk to the West Mtn trails right from the suite. 12yo daughter says the room is really cool.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This hot springs vrbo was a great place to explore the city on Easter weekend 2025. It’s just up the street from bathhouse row where we spent much time. We actually drove to the row and parked on the street for free then did lots of walking from there. We did walk from the house to St John Catholic Church for Easter mass, to nearby restaurants, and to the national park trailhead just a few houses down. Very good location. The house was excellent for just me and my wife, but there is a nice bunk bed in the upstairs loft area and a separate guest bedroom for kids or friends. We ate out the whole time and never used the microwave or air fryer, but beware there is no stovetop if cooking is your thing. You’d have to use the grill if so. Nice little fridge and options for coffee or tea. Seating space was mostly upstairs with the bean bag being a favorite place to plop down. The covered second story deck looking out over the trees and back yard was lovely this spring weekend, and the backyard Adirondack chairs were nice to take a load off too. We are glad we stayed here and thank the owners for great advice on places to eat and things to do. Robert was excellent at communicating and answering our questions. It was quiet in the historic part of town with none of the noise down on bathhouse row reaching us. Only thing we missed was meeting their neighbor groundhog, Russel, but the birdies were friendly and curious. We recommend this charming getaway for your next trip.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do (downtown & Oaklawn). The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the view & porch were great —perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Great location and very cute little garage apartment. This was our first time to Hot Springs and we loved it. The location of the house was perfect. The host was amazing about communicating even though they were out of town and was able to take care of issues easily. The only things I’d say to be prepared for are barely warm enough shower, low light in the bathroom, no couch or really comfy seating other than a beanbag type chair and a couple other chairs that aren’t meant for comfort, and the kitchen is rather sparse. There’s no freezer in the mini fridge. We really didn’t spend much time in the apartment during the day though so it wasn’t an issue for us. Still loved our stay.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We loved the property - it was the perfect distance from downtown to be able to walk to restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quiet in the evenings. The space was perfect for the two of us and we hope to go back in the near future.
