Occupancy & Age
* Max 4 guests (not including infants)
* Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation

⏰Check-In / Check-Out
* Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Truvi background check MUST be completed BEFORE receiving the door code. If you do not complete Truvi before your check in day, your reservation will be canceled.
* Early check-in / late check-out may be available for a fee; request at least one day before arrival/departure.

💳 Additional Fees May Apply For The Following
* Damage beyond normal wear and tear
* Unauthorized early check-in / late check-out
* Exceeding max occupancy
* Smoking/vaping inside ($500 + eviction)
* Pets in violation (automatic max pet fee of $200 for each additional pet)
*Excessive cleaning needed
* Missing or damaged items/linens
* TV & Gaming console/accessories missing or damaged
* Missing/lost/stolen amenities wristband. Guest will be charged $100 per wristband.
* Excessive noise (10 PM – 7 AM + can include eviction)
* Leaving condo excessively messy
* Trash left outside (use dumpster)
* Plumbing issues from improper use
* Tampering with Wi-Fi, doorbell, or TV equipment
* Any other similar situations not listed

🪜Stairs & Loft
* 2 story condo with interior stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are located.

🚫 NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, cigars, or any similar substances.

Smoking inside the home, on balconies, patios, or near entrances that results in any detectable odor will result in a minimum $500 additional cleaning and odor remediation fee.

The property may utilize odor-detection and remediation methods (including professional cleaning, air purification, and ozone or similar treatments) to restore the home to a smoke-free condition.

Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
If a party is detected, it may result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction without refund.

* Central A/C & heat (67°F min / 73°F max)
* Ceiling fan in bedroom
* When using central A/C & heat, keep doors/windows closed

🧹 Housekeeping & Maintenance
* Cleaned before arrival / after departure
* No daily maid service; washer/dryer provided
* Report urgent maintenance immediately. Any non urgent issues will be handled during normal business hours.

📶 Wi-Fi & TV
* Do not unplug or reconfigure cables

🚗 Parking
* FREE First-come-first-serve in parking lot
* No trailers or commercial vehicles

* Essentials: dishes, cookware, linens, towels, washer/dryer, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent

🎒 Lost & Left Items
* Not responsible for lost or left-behind items

🚫 Falsified Reservations
* Will be canceled; funds forfeited

* Leave beds unmade
* Place used towels on bathroom floor
