HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM weekdays .. 11:00 PM weekends
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• No parties or events
• No pets
• Shoes off indoors, please
• Please flush only toilet paper
• We share the driveway with neighbors .. trash goes in OUR bins only (blue recycling, dark-green garbage at the back of the driveway), lids closed

⚠️ A few things to keep in mind..
- Smoking anywhere on the property (including inside, on porches, or at the front entrance) is a $1,000 fine.. smoking is permitted only in the backyard or at least 25 feet from the building.
- Bayonne enforces noise ordinance violations after quiet hours (10:00 PM weekdays / 11:00 PM weekends).. fines are passed through to the guest per house rules.
- All trash bags must go inside the bins designated for this property.. bags left on the ground or placed in neighboring properties` cans can result in city fines and pest extermination costs that are passed through to the guest.
