RESTRICTION DUE TO 'SAFETY FIRST':
Due to the building structure, spiral metal steps, bathroom design, and type of furniture, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.

The unit is a large and nicely furnished studio; it has a queen-sized bed + bedding, private bath, kitchenette + dishes for 2, 40 flat Roku TV.

You get QUALITY accommodation!

LOCATION:
The place is on Main St Mechanicsburg: 15-20 minutes to Camp Hill and Harrisburg Capitol, 25-30 to Hershey, and 35-45 to Gettysburg and Lancaster.

1 private parking MAY be available; plenty of street parking.


HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the DO's and the DONT regarding parking, trash, and emergency procedure - upon arrival.

2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay $250 monthly or their deposit is not returned.

3. We conserve energy; pls avoid excessive cooling (not below 72)/heating (not above 72).

4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and removed by the police.

5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are:
no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.

6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected.

You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.

7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
