Mathilda Street Trio - City View - 2 Queen Beds

The kitchen was okay no complaints parking kind of was rough but I have a larger vehicle so it's understandable

host was welcoming and helpful but a table leg and chair leg were loose. i didnt feel comfortable leaning back into the chair but the table wasn't noticed till later couch had crumbs light stains pet hair on it but it is pet friendly so im not particularly upset. there was crumbs candy beads and evidence of the last people staying tons of broken window blinds crumbs on the floor with sticky traps for pests. overall it was acceptable for the prices but noticeably average work.

Thank you for the stay. The neighborhood felt safe, but the property was nothing like the pictures and very dirty.There was visible black filth and handprints on the front and back of the living room door, broken blinds with missing pieces, and dried pizza sauce and dog hair on the couch. A mouse also joined us in the living room. The hand soap and dish soap were so watered down as well.The dishes in the cabinets were still wet, with standing water in cups, bowls, and pans, and a used sponge was sitting on the counter. The couch and beds were falling apart, the headboard was reattached with wood and leaning against the wall to stay up, and the bedding was completely different than shown—no comforter provided.This is a cheap place that offers a roof over your head in a safe area, but it’s extremely poorly maintained, dirty, and not as advertised. I took photos during our stay and am sharing this review so others know what to expect before booking.

Overall it was clean and comfortable, very close to the hospital. Finding a place to park in the evening was tough so we typically took a Lyft instead of driving.

Place was clean, great location. Owner of the unit was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions.

Nice neighborhood. The place was nice. We were on top floor. Alot of steps. Would do first floor next time.

Charming upstairs unit, very clean, fantastic location. My adult kids came to visit me and we all fit comfortably in the living room. Nice kitchen though I didn’t cook. Only negative was bed pillows not the most comfortable and owner was looking into replacing them. Would recommend.

The listing was just as described! Plenty of space and very clean, safe, and easy access in and out! The neighborhood is great lots of nearby places to eat grab a coffee, or just take a nice long walk! Would absolutely stay again next time visiting Pittsburgh

This is a very convenient location in Bloomfield near West Penn Hospital. Owner will provide a parking permit during duration of stay. Parking is a first come basis but was never an issue. However- must be able to parallel park! Apartment is located on third floor. Very secure, well light walkways. Upon entry- very clean and everything that you need for your stay. Nick has great communication prior and during your stay. Responds to you very quickly. Would definitely rent here again during our next visit to the 'Burgh!
