The Mason House has three units.

This is Unit B, the lower right, it has a master suite with private bath with shower & stacked washer dryer. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the rear patio. The middle bedroom has a pyramid bunk. There is a second bathroom with tub-shower and a living room kitchen combo in the front with a tile foyer and skisnowboard racks. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, beautiful tile gasfireplace and several chairs. There is a table that expands to seat six and an eat at island with 3 tall stools. There are TV's in the bedrooms, there's cable TV & Netflix, a DVDBlueray player & the whole house has fast WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, microhood, dishwasher, disposal, 2 coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, 4 slice toaster and all the dishes, silverware & pots and pans you'll need. The shared rear patio has 2 gas grills & a charcoal grill. There is parking in front of the house for 2-3 vehicles.

Perfect location for walking everywhere in the village. Apartment was clean & well stocked with kitchen needs. I would have rated a 5 star if the 2nd bedroom had a different bed. In the description it said bunk bed but the pictures do not show a bunk. If so, we possibly could have noticed that there was not enough room to sit up in the bottom bunk. Very claustrophobic and would have to duck going in, out, or just adjusting yourself in the bed. A tall person would never fit. If wasn't for that bed, would definitely be my #1 place to stay for 2 or 4 people.

Prefect stay, close to town. Walked to restaurants and shop. Great place to relax on the back patio. Beds super comfortable. Would definitely go again.

This property was clean, quiet and in a fantastic location in the heart of downtown Ellicottville. Met wit the properties owner, who happened to be outside talking to the neighbors, very friendly and accommodating.

House was beautiful, well put together and accommodating for all of our needs. Beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure, nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was ideal to everywhere we needed to get to, owner was available to answer any questions or concerns we had.Thinking of a trip in the fall back to Elliottville for the leaves and would definitely consider renting this house again!Mark Weinsheimer

Family long weekend from Wisconsin to E’ville to visit hometown. All 17 of us had a great time. House was great and very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed. Close to all activities. Would certainly stay there again.
