I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time, love Rehoboth. Only 1 complaint, the outdoor showers hot water wasn't working and we rely on them greatly after our daily beach trips, especially with 2 young children under 6. on Friday the hot water was working in one shower. I had called about it Sunday, heard back from someone Tuesday and they said they'd let me know if someone was coming to fix, but I never heard and the water was cold until Friday. Also, the unit would benefit from having a better chair in the living room other than the swiveling one.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. We used it as an annex for our big family, so all of the cooking was done at the big house.

The building, grounds and surrounding homes were well cared for. The unit itself was one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was close the the beach and downtown Rehobeth. We could walk almost everywhere. Parking was included.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit several times because of the great location. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. However, when we arrive, we always plan time for cleaning since it’s not up to our expectations. Thankfully a new chair was added to the living room this year since the furniture isn’t the most comfortable. Also, the kitchen could use some better pots and pans and a better variety of utensils.
