Martha's Guest Suite: Less than 3 miles from Sight and Sound Theater.

Great place for a couple to stay a night or two.

We loved our stay. Very clean & comfortable.Martha thought of everything from gluten free snacks to half & half for your coffee. So many extras & so nicely decorated. Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely return again if in the area.

The code to enter was sent to VNBO or something like that. To figure out how to open that was an extra step that I didn’t feel like doing, so I won’t make reservation thru your organization again. I had no fault with the accommodations.

This was a very clean and cozy suite! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was stocked with a great variety of snacks, sodas, and coffee and tea choices. The welcome book was very informative about the various activities in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet.

It was a fine space for exploring the local area. I would suggest two things, to keep the window open a while between guests or possibly getting an air freshener with a nice country scent,and to have some bubble bath on hand since there is a piece of artwork in the bathroom which suggests taking a bubble bath . Otherwise the hostess was very generous with supplie

All positives, 10s across the board. Great location that combines quiet neighborhood with location half a mile from main road and all local attractions (including Sight & Sound Theater). Both room and bed were huge and comfortable and the apartment was immaculate. Coffee alcove with Keurig machine & supplies, plus lots of other free drinks and snacks, was such a wonderful treat. Privacy from separate apartment and owner could not have been nicer and more accommodating (offered early check-in and great restaurant suggestions). Nicer than many hotel rooms costing 2-3 times more. Will always be my first choice for return trips.

This is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay! This was our second stay there and we love it!! It’s always clean, warm, has lots of snacks and drinks. Everything we need for a short stay. It doesn’t have a washer and dryer, but that’s ok for a short stay. The only thing I wish we could have is a smart TV to watch our shows on our apps. But overall this is an excellent place to stay! We will be going back!

My wife and I love staying here when we come to Ronks/Lancaster. SOOO much nicer than a hotel. Its a great setup with lots of little touches and amenities. Park right in front. Highly recommended

The hosts were very welcoming and always prompt with a reply. The amenities were everything you would need and then some. Martha’s Guest House was peaceful, well stocked and beautifully decorated living space. It seemed like home away from home. The host(s) are kind good hearted people. The location of the guest house is conveniently located to many attractions, shows, shopping, country drives and scenery and so much more.

The suite was cozy and there were so many extra amenities to make our visit above the typical VRBO stay. Clean, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood ! We will be contacting Martha & Dave again if we return next year to the area!

Martha does an excellent job with the comfort of her apartment. She provides everthing that you need or may have forgotten. It is in a quoet community setting where we were very safe and secure. This is my second stay here and will surely stay again.

Stayed for Sight and Sound

This room was lovely and had absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for an overnight stay. The attention to detail was outstanding. The bed was comfortable. The location was near to just about anything you’d want to do while visiting. We will be back!!

This is a lovely little place that was perfect for our 2 day stay in Amish country. The bed is very comfortable and it is stocked with snacks and drinks for the guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little loft, great for a night or weekend visit to Bird in Hand. Far enough out of town to be quite yet close enough to be 5-6 mins from anywhere. The host had enough amenities, etc there that you could literally bring a change of cloths and have everything you need. Definitely stay again when we’re in the area

Martha was great and very quick to answer questions. She’s thought of everything from gluten free snacks, sugar free candy, honey sticks for your tea, soda, and bottled water, to bed side book lights, toothbrushes, and individually wrapped Q-tips. Part of the fun was looking through all the goodies in the kitchenette. The suite was inviting, cozy, and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This was romantic getaway for my husband birthday. The suite was a home away frome. Ms. Martha had everything you could think to make us feel welcome at at home She has beautiful home and Spirit. We will be back.

Everything was very accurate to the online description!! It was a wonderful place and community. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We go to Lancaster area for Christmas shopping and the holiday show at American Music Theatre every year. Had always booked various hotels until we found Martha’s. This was our second stay and it was just as good as last years. Location is perfect for what we do and the suite and amenities are nicer than any hotel we’ve stayed at in the area.

The guest suite is so comfortable and has convenient features that make it effortless - motion sensor lights on the stairs and door, snacks and water, clear instructions and explanations, interior lighting in the right places, spare toiletries, etc. Check-in was easy, and the location was great.

This apartment is very convenient to many attractions including the markets, bakeries, wineries, shops, theaters and much more in and around the Ronks/Bird-In-Hand/Intercourse areas. It is very, very clean, comfortable and in a quiet residential neighborhood. This host has been extraordinarily thoughtful in all of the extras she provides. We will definitely look to stay here when in the area.
