Stayed Apr 27, 2026We checked into our room and immediately discovered that our air conditioning did not work, we woke up the next morning to find out that the heating did not work either. We called the front desk and they sent up an engineer to take care of our air conditioner the problem was it’s still didn’t work The next day. We finally had to move out of our room and into another room. When we moved into our other room, we found out that the telephones did not work. We then discovered that the coffee machine did not work and had to send out for an engineer to bring us a new one. We were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary!! I’m a retired State Farm insurance agent and I’ve been in many hotels throughout my life and I’ve owned two timeshares. This was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had!!! I would stay away!!!!
