Marne la Vallée, apartment 4 people, in the center of Val d'Europe.

We loved our first family trip to Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location. We would love to come back one day.

Lovely apartment, right next to Val de Europe shopping centre & easy walk to RER, the apartment was not ready to check in as we did arrive an hour early, we were allowed to leave our case there & go out for a meal, we got back at 5pm & apartment was ready, there are some things that do need replacing, kitchen bin was broken, cushion had holes, side of coffee table was damaged & the dishwasher filter was dirty, I gave it a wash & was clean. Very comfortable bed, would definitely stay here again

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Disneyland with bus connection around the corner and plenty of places nearby to eat. The facilities in the apartment are showing some wear but everything is still perfectly usable.

Excellent property as described on line. Really friendly staff. Great location for access to Paris via the RER and walking distance of Disney land.

With a child, around a 25 mins walk to Disneyland and the adjoining train station. The property is located in a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from a huge shopping centre and designer outlet retail park. There are several restaurants to suit all tastes located around a lovely paved centre at the entrance to the shopping centre as well as McDonalds etc inside. The property was very clean on arrival and contained everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Picking the key up from a nearby safebox was no hassle, as was dropping it off when checking out. Our 'Breakage' deposit was refunded approximately 1 week after we left the property. All my email enquiries were replied to within 12 hours. Nothing at all to complain about :-)

Although the apartment was very nice and comfortable to sleep in we did have some issues during our stay. There was a terrible smell in the apartment throughout the stay. Also there was no kettle available to make a cup of tea. I did let the agents know and was given some drain cleaner for the smell which didn’t make a difference. They were also very vague about the kettle and none appeared despite my request for one. However they were very helpful when I needed some tickets printed and they were very friendly. The location of the apartment is excellent. The bus to Disneyland was just outside the apartment which costs 2euro each way ( no sign of the free shuttle bus mentioned in the apartment particulars) The outlet village is just across the road and the gigantic shopping mall is just a 5 minutes drive away. Lots of nice restaurants near the station. Our favourite was Pizza di Roma.

Enjoyed our one week stay. Location was perfect. Close to Disney and shopping. Excellent communication with Kitxada. Car parking underneath apartment block was very useful. Would recommend this property

Apartment was spotless and included everything we needed for a short Disney break. Lots of towels, bathroom and kitchen condiments, so if you did forget something I have no doubt you would find it somewhere in the apartment. Handbook was really helpful for finding out important information. The apartment is in a great location, so close to the shopping centre and a very short walk to catch the free bus into Disney. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The location of the apartment and the parking were good. We stayed with 4 people and used the sofa bed in the livingroom. The refrigerator and ventilator makes alot of noise and the room is very light in the early morning. They promiss champagne but there was no such thing! No champagne to be found! Also the shower door was not attachted well and when my oldest daughter opened the door the door collapsed and the whole bathroom was full of glass including my daughter!!!! We had a big scare and she had scratches and blood all over her. We were lucky she jumped away and that we did not have to go to the emergency room but could attend to her ourselfs. The next day we were leaving and the service office where we had to leave our key said it was all good and they would fix the shower. Not a thing to compensate or anything towards our daughter!! We left this apartment with a bad feeling because of this all.

We spend 4 nights at apartment. We are family with 2 children (14,10). Apartment was very comfortable, clean end everything was as it is on the pictures. Kitaxada was very helpful end professional. When we contacted her in the middle of the night for the information about Sena river, she answered immediately. Thank you Kitaxada for your help, hope we will be back in Paris and in that case, these apartment will be our choice again for sure.
