Stayed May 9, 2019Maria's Apartment is outstanding well-equipped and very clean. Communication with host and check-in were pleasant. The only little negative aspect was that the building is poorly soundproofed so we were woken up several times by noise from the apartment on the left or the staircase.

Stayed Dec 20, 2018In this lovely apartment we stayed 10 weeks from December to March. The apartment is close tot the beach (2 minutes) and there is sun on the balcony all afternoon. The interior is complete with everything needed for daily use. Kitchen (with all appliances), bathroom, bed very comfortable. And the owner of the apartment, Maria, was very nice and always helpful to us. We would like to thank her very much. Thank you Maria, for the beautiful time in your apartment!!!!!!! (close to the apartment are beautiful sandy beaches and beautiful dunes. You can make lovely walks)

Stayed Oct 26, 2018We stayed here as a family of four and the studio was perfect for us. Maria was a great host and kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The location is superb, right on the beach and only a short strol to the centre of Elviria. The studio was well kitted out with everything you need. We would reccomend this property to anyone wanting a beach holiday in a nice area near to all the amenities. Thank you Maria

Stayed Oct 21, 2017We had a wonderful stay in Maria's apartment. This is a studio apartment with one double bed and one sofa bed. Four of us stayed, 2 adults and 2 nine year old children. We felt there was ample space. The big balcony also made the apartment feel bigger. The sun hits the balcony around lunchtime and stays until early evening. 5 mins walk from Elviria square and 3 mins to the beach. One word of warning, all the pools in the complex were closed apart from the one nearest the beach restaurant at the front, but a lot of flies like to congregate there, I guess because of the food. Apart from that, wonderful. Thank you Maria for accepting our booking! We stayed the last ten 10 days of October and temperatures were in the mid to high 70's.

Stayed Oct 13, 2017We loved the quiet neighborhood and the perfect location. Almost on the beach and walking distance to everyting we need. Clean and bright appartment and the best and most convenient shower ever! Teh owner, Maria, is very sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay which overall became above our expectations. We'll be back!
