Marbella Luxury Penthouse 100m from beach, huge terrace and sea views

Great apartment - clean, well equipped, amazing roof terrace and great location. Olive, our host was so helpful with lots of suggestions for a celebration dinner, and very flexible on check-in/ checkout arrangements to fit with our flight times.

Lovely apartment in great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Elviria. It is ideally located close to the beach with several lovely beach restaurants a short stroll away. It is also a short walk to Elviria Centre, again with a huge variety of shopping and restaurants available. However, the highlight was definitely the spacious terrace with incredible sea and mountain views, across to Morocco, down to Marbella or the mountains behind. A perfect location for morning coffees and sunset drinks, and large enough for the kids to play ball on. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped making our stay comfortable and convenient. Aircon worked efficiently. Loads of channels on the TV. It is located in the modern and well maintained Alanda Club, beside the Don Carlos hotel (and Nikki Beach for those who are interested) with lovely well maintained grounds and a dedicated swimming pool with lots of available loungers. We also had the use of the pool across the road beside the main Alanda reception, although we didn’t use it on this visit. The grounds are well secured, manicured and peaceful and, in my view, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. We found the owners to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. The apartment was immaculate and has recently been fully refurbished. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Our third visit. Great apartment in a super location - short walk to the beach and close to the beach house (beach club) and Nikki beach. Our 3rd visit. New sun loungers on the large terrace were great.

Wonderful holiday. Exactly as described, great location with proximity to beach and shops / bars over the main road (not to mention the bar within the resort itself). Starting to prefer the east side of Marbella to the banus side. Definitely recommend lunch (and / or day beds) at Nikki beach and beach house, both a very short walk down the beach. A very relaxing holiday, communication from the hosts and greet / show around the facilities from paul was also spot on. Thank you. We’ll return for sure.

Our 2nd stay here and cannot fault it! Lovely big clean apartment in a great location with fantastic views! Everything you need in the apartment! Owner and agent are such a pleasure to deal with! Can’t wait to take my family back for the third time!

Absolutely lovely apartment!! It is exactly as described on the website in fact the photographs don't do it justice. A really clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, bright and spacious apartment. And the stunning terrace was wonderful and made our holiday! The beach is less than a 5min walk and the pools were all great. Olive and Paul always replied immediately and Paul in Spain made contact several times to ensure everything was ok during our stay. A very professional process and booking. I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning soon!
