On entering the apartment, guests are greeted with an entrance call with built-in storage, which opens into the lounge/dining room with American style kitchen. This area leads through double opening windows to a huge terrace with seating for both dining and relaxing in the sun. A hallway leads to two double bedrooms with a shared family bathroom, and a spacious master-bedroom with its own en-suite.



Please note: Marbella Lake is a peaceful, private residential community set in a serene location surrounded by nature. Out of respect for our neighbours, the apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties, or for guests planning loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours and help maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere, especially in shared spaces such as the pool and gardens.
