The rental is located on the first floor and comes with a private terrace with an exclusive access pool and sun loungers to spend lazy afternoons.At the same time, there is also a large shared unheated pool in the common fenced garden for big laps of swimming on-site and open-air dining with BBQ to call for little reunions any time! For our active guests, the apartment complex has a fully-equipped and modern gym as well as a fronton court! Meanwhile, for digital nomads in Marbella, the home base facilities their work with amenities like a laptop-friendly workspace and free Wi-Fi.

Inside, the 2-bedroom rental offers air-conditioning and a light-filled living room with direct access to the balcony, as well as, the upper floor through a flight of stairs. This living room is also the perfect family space, furnished with a dining setup, a children’s entertainment corner and a Smart TV with a set of sofas and an ottoman. The layout of the retreat is completed by a lovely modern kitchen with an open bar area, a breakfast table and all essential utilities for an absolutely carefree homestay, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and induction hob.
