The apartment features a spacious open-plan living area that combines lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are cozy and versatile: one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a single bed — perfect for families or groups of friends.
The bathroom is functional, with double sinks and a shower . A private parking space adds to the convenience.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.
