Stayed Jan 5, 2024Many shortcomings: electrical hazards-plugins not secured to the wall, loose wire unsecured close to the sink, leaking tank in main floor bathroom.No toilet seat in loft bathroom. Property manager promised to get it repaired but never did. No instruction guide book on site containing wifi information, tv, operation of kitchen appliances garbage/recycle disposal. Although the kitchen has been recently updated, the rest of the apartment and the complex need a major facelift. Information should be provided upfront in property description re cleaning fees and security deposit and not provided 3 days before arrival by owner. The premium host (manager) was rude, insulting and aggressive in our dealings with him on day 2 of our stay as he was not present on our arrival. We would not recommend this property and closer scrutiny should be provided by VRBO.

Stayed Feb 27, 2020This condo should not be listed as a 3 bedroom apartment; the loft, which is decorated as a child's room is open to the living area, there is no door. The area could be set up as an office or for young children. Furthermore, the condo is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, not across the street. The following are several other violations/neglect: cobwebs allover the ceilings-Bruno was informed. 3 electrical sockets dangerously out of the wall-living room and loft Dirty carpet in the loft area, the pink carpet had stain and dirty the upstairs bathroom was not properly clean. The place is dated, therefore, it need to be well maintained. I will not return next year. I would have liked to have the same location each year. thank you thank you
