Stayed Jul 26, 2025We've been staying here for several years. and it's always a great experience spending time at Suzanne's property. Perfect location if you want to spend time on the beach while also being at walking distance to town. The condo is lovely, clean and comfortable. We will be back next summer.

Stayed Aug 19, 2024We had such a great time at Suzanne’s place! The property is peaceful and beautiful and the unit is very cozy and well-stocked. We loved being so close to the beach, and the chairs/umbrella provided were a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable, and we were able to get into town very easily (15 minute walk, 3 minute drive). Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024This condo is beautifully updated. We loved having more space than a hotel room. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and seeing the whales and dolphins. The beach is right across the street. It is a 10 minute walk to town center of Montauk. Suzanne is a very attentive host. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We love the beaches off Old Montauk Highway. This unit is quiet, clean and an easy walk to the beach. Close to town and all it has to offer. The kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the pool and other amenities like the beach chairs and towels. Check in was super easy.
