Magnificent Newly Renovated TBay Golf Course Condo

Great space on a great part of the island. Great hosts who communicate quickly and answered all our questions. AC worked great. Laundry was very convenient. Thanks for such a great place!

This was a great place to stay! It was even better than described in the listing. We were impressed with how clean and cozy it was. We immediately appreciated that it smelled like clean, fresh laundry. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were AMAZING! Rooms were nice and dark with separate a/c units, and we all slept awesome! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day. Location was great. We couldn't find the resort beach, as it is a very large resort & map wasn't clear. Got rained out before we could find it! :( The pool and beach provided a nice incentive to book here, we just ran out of time exploring the beautiful island!

This property is a gem in Turtle Bay. The property was clean, cozy, and enjoyable.

Despite the Kona storm and record rain, we had a wonderful stay. It’s perfectly located and the host was clear in their communication. We will 100% come back.

The place was neat and tidy and nice and cool with the air conditioning. My only complaint is that the main shower didn’t get hot but that wasn’t a huge deal

Great property. Perfect North Shore location. Very comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards for use on the balcony. Short walk to the Ritz for coffee, drinks and food. Close to some wonderful beaches.

The condo was beautiful, nicely situated (walking distance) to Turtle Bay, and it was well stocked - especially in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo - cozy, spacious and clean. Excellent communication with owner. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Being so close to the beautiful beaches was a huge plus. Nice touches included the Keurig coffee maker and pods, the included parking space and updated design and decor. We highly recommend this lovely condo and would stay here again if we returned to the north shore!

Our family stay was wonderful. Lots of room for our family of 4, A/C was strong and wonderful. Incredible location for Turtle Bay sunrises and sunsets (5 min walk) and touring around the North Shore. Accommodations were spotless and full kitchen was asset to have for home cooking breakfast and dinner, etc. Mahalo!

This condo was very spacious and clean, with a layout that made sense for our family of four. Everything was in order upon our arrival and the hosts were easy to get in contact with.The condo's location on the North Shore makes it close to attraction and beaches. Being so close to Turtle Bay Resort gives the area an exclusive feel, and we loved our nighttime walks to the resort to listen to the waves break under cover of darkness.As for the condo - the loft area with two beds and a half bath was perfect for our kids. They had their own space, and it allowed our family to spread out. Having three bathrooms total was also perfect because it made getting ready in the morning easy.The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable, and it made it easy to sleep the night away after an active day on the beach and the trails. Bathrooms have all the towels you need.Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze, and the cabinets were stocked with all the plates and utensils one could need.If you are a birder, the trees surrounding the condo are perfect for sighting Common Myna, Red Crested Cardinal, Java Sparrows (right outside the bedroom window), Zebra Doves, Western-Cattle Egret, and many, many Pacific Golden Plovers, among others.

The unit was amazing, we had three staying, a couple and a single for 1 week.We had a car which made it easy to drive to all things local and to get out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but we aawere close enough to be able to walk everywhere as well.The North Shore was so relaxing, perfect destination.Everything we could possibly have wanted was in the unit. Would absolutely stay there again

It was as described. The drain in the tub was very slow to drain. At least 2 to 3 inches when I was done taking a shower.The coffee pot needs to be de-scaled. The light came on and I ran some water through it.

Great place and location. Able to see many places. Perfect for family of four and exactly what we expected. Would recommend to friends and family

The condo is very well-maintained, modernly furnished, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-equipped. The beds are wonderfully soft, and the entire condo feels warm and inviting. We would come back in a heartbeat!The only downside is the distance to Foodland and the limited number of restaurants nearby.

The condo is clean and beautiful. I can't remember another place I've stayed where everything you need is provided. The knives in the kitchen are sharp, there are plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Lots of glasses and cups and serving dishes. A good coffee maker and blender. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and amenities, including a hair dryer. The beach towels are wonderful. It is really so nice to have all this available. The check out was super easy - we took out the trash and put the dishes in the dishwasher. One of our group even reached out to the artist whose work is on the walls and bought one of his photos. A great memory.

We had a lovely stay. Property was exactly as described in the listing. It's so close to the Kuilima Cove and the resort. All the beach equipment -- chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. -- was a nice bonus. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was perfect: location, amenities, and peace.

The beds and comforters are surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and variety of seasonings stocked. Pathway to the beach is just few steps away, shaded with tropical trees and flower plants which is quite nice, and relaxing walk to the beach. Box full of snorkel equipment and other water activities which I thought it’s a plus. The only thing I would complain is the upstairs sink needs attention. Other than that, everything else was perfect, would definitely stay again.

Great condo, great location. There was nothing more we could have wanted. It had everything we needed and more. It was great to find cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee pods. Stuff I would pack but miss having during a stay. So many conveniences that most rentals don’t have like a laundry basket. The kids LOVED the cute loft area as they felt they had their own little hideaway space. The pool area was nice and it was great to be able to head down to the resort area to smoke and play at the beach. I didn’t think about it but next time I’d book reservations at the resort ahead of our trip. They had great snorkel and padddleboarding lessons specifically for kids that was booked by the time we found out about them. One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at.

The condo was cute and comfortable. It's a short walk or drive to a public parking lot to access the beach. There are lots of places to eat 15 minutes east or west from the property. I'd definitely stay here again!

It was a very easy and comfortable condo to stay in. There were no issues that caused us any problems.

This was our first experience with a Vrbo and I was a little hesitant but the property was exactly as it was advertised, extremely clean and modern and all of my questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the location and amenities. The condo was in great condition, the beds were fabulous and so comfy. The ac worked great and cooled the condo down quickly when needed. Communication with the manger was great and had zero issues. Check in and check out was seamless. The condo was well equipped with all the necessities for our stay. The beach chairs and snorkel were a huge plus! Would definitely stay again.

Brought my daughter for her senior trip for graduating High School. This was on her bucket list. Had my 2 other children and made it a family vacation. This place was Home away from Home. Very clean, had everything you would need for cooking and going to the beach to lounge or snorkel and body board and have adventure.Had beach toys for my little 6 year old.The amenities were top notch and we took advantage of it all while staying at beautiful Turtle Bay. Absolute must for families!

Amazing unit, amazing location, just amazing.

We very very happy with this location on the North Shore! The condo was very clean and well decorated. Bedding was comfortable. Linens and towels were high quality. Communication and check-in were perfect. There were folding chairs , beach toys and boogie boards available for use. The location is so close to everything we wanted to see. Walk 5 towards the hotel and turn right for a perfect protected beach swimmable even in March, or turn left at the hotel to see some of the best sunsets in the world. Don't forget to check out the wonderful trails on property. Thank you for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this immaculately clean condominium. Beautiful, peaceful, view of the golf course. Nicely stocked with the items that are often overlooked. Highly recommend

We had a great time on the north shore at this condo at Kawela Bay. Tennis/pickle ball court (we brought our own tennis racquets) and swimming pool are a short walk from the condo, which my family used every day. Backs on to a beautiful golf course. Although I didn't golf my wife and I enjoyed running on the paths around the course. Beach lagoon at turtle bay resort is a short walk away as well. The condo is stocked with mostly every thing you need, including beach equipment. Lots of stuff was left behind by previous guests for future guests to use. Very comfortable beds so the family got a great nights sleep after busy days exploring the north shore.

We loved the North Shore and the location was perfect. We all slept great in the beds, very comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony each morning, it was so peaceful. The washer and dryer were very fast which was perfect for being on the go. The condo was very clean and comfortable. My kids loved using the boogie boards and we were thankful for the beach towels and chairs. We did the horseback ride to Kawela Bay and the Banyan Tree. Snorkeled in the resort bay and saw fish and a sea turtle. When we come back to the North Shore we would stay here again. My girls did not want to leave.

Overall our stay was nice and relaxing. Our rental was great. Well kept and good amenities.The master shower/bathroom was on the small size but that can’t be helped.All appliances worked great, kitchen was well appointed.Our only issue was the master bed squeaked when getting in/out.

Property is well located, just a few hundred feet from Turtle Bay Resort. The place is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. They have high quality pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. Appliances are clean and new. It just seems that they have provided you with the same things they would have bought for themselves. The wi-fi is great and they have all of the channels you would want on the tv. The couches, chairs and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean. We never had to contact the owners because we had no issues. I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed the property and the many activities available on the north shore.

This is a beautiful condo and a wonderful location on the North Shore. Extremely clean and loved that it’s an upstairs unit. The walk to the beach was not bad and loved having a resort close by with food options. The beach items Available for use were a nice perk (beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach towels) The kitchen was well equipped for everything you needed. All of the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Emily was helpful and patient with my ignorance, and amazingly responsive when we needed a little help. The property is beautiful. Just a wonderflu time.

Property was clean and in a great North Shore location. For our group size, 6 people, the property was great. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Lots of water toys, boogie boards, beach chairs….super convenient. Turtle Bay and beach is a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this property.

The property was well maintained & newly renovated. Very charming little townhouse. We stayed with my elderly mother-in-law & all were very comfortable in the beds with great pillows. The chocolates & coffee were greatly appreciated!!! Nice touch. We appreciated the location & ease to get to multiple local sites. Quick walk to the beach & Turtle Bay Resort for drinks out or dinner. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely stay there again!!! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic condo, great location near the beach and resort facilities. Comfy beds and all mod cons to have a great stay up on North Shore, no hesitation in recommending.

We did not know the unit was a second story entrance. No elevator. Had to lug bags up the steps. Location at turtle bay was excellent We arrived on tome but had to wait on security to let us in. 2d floor AC is loud at night. No ice or ice making capability. I.e. no ice trays.

We enjoyed our visit to this condo overall. It’s a great location in the Turtle Bay Area and a short walk to the resort. We spent most of our time adventuring the north shore and the drive was easy to some of the popular beaches. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The loft was very comfortable with a great half bathroom next to it, so you don’t need to go downstairs at night. Overall, I’d recommend!

The complex is well maintained, and in easy walking distance of many beaches and the Turtle Bay Resort (now acquired by the Ritz). Our family did a horse ride through them - we walked to and from the horse ranch from our condo. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. Really well stocked - even plenty of Keurig coffee pods! This was the first time we stayed on the North Shore and we loved staying here. Thanks for the hospitality! We'll be back!

This condo was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. There was enough K cups to last 4 coffee loving adults for the long weekend. The place was clean it was a bonus that they provided beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. My only complaints were that the upstairs loft room was pretty hot. We had all of the AC units going and it was still very warm up there. Also the bathtub/shower in the hall didn’t drain. The water sat there for a long time before going down which made multiple people showering in there kind of difficult. The host was very responsive though and the check in process was super easy! Would stay here again.

Great: location of the condo, responsiveness of the owner, cleanliness of the unit, and the unit looks updated Not so great: the AC unit in the master bedroom broke and was leaking into the unit below us. Just bad timing. Not the owner’s fault. These things happen. The drain in the master bedroom also needed to be unclogged. Very minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive when we had trouble with the gate and waited on the phone to make sure we got in ok. The condo was just like the pictures and was very clean. We used the pool and went to the beach at turtle bay which was super close. Nice gated area with security sitting on golf carts right outside. Had no issue with noise of street or neighbors. Had extra blankets and fans. Tons of beach and swim gear in the giant storage bin on the lanai. Would recommend!!
