Magnificent Luxury Apartment in Townhouse - Garage, Garden, Terrace, near metro

Great location, park in front of the property, east access to the Metro, and neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apartment is great for family vacations with so many accommodating features. Attentive owner who was very helpful and recommended great places to eat. Definitely a wonderful apartment.

This is a particularly outstanding housing choice. The apartment is fantastic: clean, beautiful,modern decor, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (there was even an immersion blender!) and bathroom (wonderful walk-in shower); spacious, lovely outdoor garden. Gorgeous and enormous park across the street, 7 minute walk to major metro transit hub (then 10 minutes to major tourist sights); proximity to excellent groceries.The host, Jolanda and her husband, Simon, live upstairs and it was like having family nearby. They were helpful, responsive, warm and accommodating. We got together with them for wine, Jolanda even drove me to the grocery store after we first arrived so I did not have to carry home heavy shopping bags. They are extraordinary people, not just extraordinary hosts.

no A/C, that was an issue at the time. The neighborhood was not very user friendly - no close cafe's nor shops.

Yolanda and Simone were great to work with. Yolanda was very responsive and helped us out a lot. The apartment is beautiful and large; the pictures were very accurate. There is a washer in the apartment, but no dryer; however, Yolanda offered to dry our clothes in her own apartment. The apartment is located right next to a beautiful and very large park, but is a bit far from the city center. It is about a 7 minute walk to the main train station.

Jolanda and Simon were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if traveling to Brussels in the future!

A beautifully decorated apartment with nice amenities. The location is great with a lovely park that runs the length of the street. The metro is just a 5 minute walk and then about 15 minutes to Brussels city center. There’s a great patisserie on the opposite side of the park. And also some very nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. The metro is so close it gives you the best of both worlds. Our host was so sweet they even gave great food, pastry, and sites to see recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout. Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. We had a rental car and host worked with us to avoid parking tickets. Waterloo was 30 mins away. Int; airport was 25 mins away. We'd like to stay another time and revisit Brussels in a warmer season!

Beautiful apartment is in a great location, close to the metro and only an easy 20 min train to the Christmas Markets. Highly recommend it!

What a fabulous apartment! I have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never found one so well furnished with the largest shower yet! This was a home away from home! The location is wonderful with bus service right out the front door and Metro service just a couple blocks away. I never minded walking to the Metro station because it gave me the chance to walk by, and maybe shop at, the Godiva outlet store. Be sure to have room in your suitcase for a visit there. :-) Just a couple blocks in the other direction is a great street market with general merchandise as well as baked goods, meat, cheese and beautiful produce. We only had the opportunity to visit with our host, Yolanda on the first night. What a shame...she is a lovely, charming host that shared loads of suggestions and insights with us. I will absolutely check the availability of this apartment on my next visit to Brussels.

We enjoyed the property

Very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment with everything we needed and so close to the metro and bus/tram stops. We particularly enjoyed looking out on the lovely park and walking across it to a fabulous bakery, butchery, French restaurant, cafes and local shops. This is an outstanding place! Beautiful setting, clean, convenient location to public transportation and restaurants! To top it off, the owner was friendly, gracious, and accommodating.

We stayed in the apartment for a month and loved it and the neighborhood, which was convenient to everything but not touristy. The hosts, who live just upstairs, could not be more helpful. We even invited them to our place for wine and a chat. The photos are accurate and the space is even bigger than it looks.

We loved the apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had great access to restaurants and the metro. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The how to book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly.
