Stayed Jul 4, 2025Check-in was smooth, but we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.The AC unit was not functional—it turned on, but no cold air or airflow came out. Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken. As a result, the space had no natural light or ventilation, which we were not informed of beforehand. The bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to back and spill out This was reported, but no one returned to address it.The floors left our feet black, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The outdoor table was also dirty and clearly not prepared for guest use—covered in crumbs, debris, and old insect nests when opened.The dishwasher machine is not working as expected since the dishes was not coming out clearly. Some part might be clogged inside. These are basic expectations for comfort, and we hope they’re addressed for future guests.
