Maggio 54 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Unique property in a great, quiet location. Quirky 2 person elevator gets the job done but may not be for everyone. Stunning terrace with views of the city. Nice kitchen and big living room. Management is a bit on the corporate side but it was def a positive experience overall.

Beautiful home perfect for celebrating the holidays. Close in proximity to all of the sights of Florence, but away from the business. The balconies had beautiful views, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great holiday at Maggio 54!

The location was ideal. Very accurate to the listing. This is by far the best attribute to the property. As far as cleanliness. It has a lot to be desired. All bathroom fixtures were loose. Toilet seats and two of the bathrooms were loose. lighting in bathroom two was held together by scotch tape. Moths in armoire. communication with the property manager was poor and she was late. Blankets were not cleaned and had remnants of previous renters hair and fresh stains. This is quite unfortunate as the property is in a very desirable spot. The cleaning staff arrived and entered 30 minutes prior to our check out and begin cleaning without a word. We had very high expectations based on previous reviews. Much more to tell however I do not want to completely deter people from staying here. As the location Was amazing. Please message privately if you would like any pictures to prove the above claims. We have well documented everything.Overall disappointing.

Need to unclog the shower drains. Otherwise a great place with a great terrace

The apartment was spacious and was perfect for the three of us. It was nice to have a lift that went straight into the apartment. The terrace was great with a nice view. The location was great as well. Close to Piazza de’ Pitti and great shopping. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The space in the apartment was great, and the outdoor area was well used. The apartment itself was older as were the furnishings, but generally met our needs. The toilet did clog while we were there, and technician who came to fix it left it extremely dirty, so we ended up not being able to use the bathroom at all and were expected to pay the technician directly, not an experience I’ve had with VRBO before.

Incredible historic flat on top floor with elevator. You’ll feel like you’re an actor in Netflix’s Ripley. Located in quiet neighborhood close walk to all of Firenze. Veranda view spectacular and 2 1/2 baths rare find. AC important for hot days. Company responsive to queries. Competitive pricing makes it worth your while. Some ants but Raid capsules provided. Would stay again.

Amazon apartment in a great location.

Wow, this apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Terrific location!! Right by a wine window and excellent restaurants. Clarissa checked us in and was absolutely wonderful. We spent time on all 3 balconies and especially loved enjoying wine and sunset on the large balcony. Having the elevator was so easy with luggage. Definitely would stay here again!

A wonderful top-floor flat with a lift that goes straight into the property and a location that can hardly be bettered. The three bedrooms (with their own balconies) and three bathrooms were ideal for a family with 2 teens to allow us to all have our own space after spending all day together walking around Florence. A special shout-out to the easy check in and out - no fiddling with key boxes or codes on the doors! But the best thing was the kitchen is genuinely set up for cooking - you'll find all you need, from a small food chopper to knives that are actually sharp, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Highly recommend!!
