Guest access
The house is a DUPLEX; you’ll access the studio from the left side of the property. There’s a black exterior door with a keypad to enter the studio. You’ll have space to park 1 vehicle on the property.
Parking is shared with the house; be sure to park in the designated parking spot in front of the studio entrance.

PARKING:
You can park in front of the studio entrance. (Left side of the house).

CHECK-IN:
You’ll receive basic instructions once
you book, and we’ll send you a message with the door code on the day of check-in.
You can arrive at any time starting at 4:00 PM and as late as you like; you’ll have PIN-code access to enter.
Early check-in depends on whether the studio is cleaned early enough. You can ask if we’re available for early check-in the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm it for you.

CHECK-OUT:
Self-check-out: You’ll receive all instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions.
There is NO check-out after the established time, as we need to prepare the studio for the next guests. You can always ask the day before if it would be possible to check out later than 11:00 a.m.; we try to be flexible with guests, but it all depends on whether we’re expecting new guests that same day.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Depending on the length of your stay, we’ll provide you with extra sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Please let us know if you need anything else—we’ll do our best to make you feel at home.

AIRPORT NOISE
Please note that you may hear some noise from airplanes, as the studio is located very close to the airport.

TRASH
Miami-Dade collects trash every Monday and Thursday. We have two bins for your convenience: 1 green one for regular trash and 1 blue one for recycling. If you’re around on collection days, please bring the used bins to the front of the entrance and put them back afterward. Don’t worry if you forget—our cleaning team will take care of it after you leave.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Every week, our maintenance team will visit the house to make sure everything is in order for your stay. The landscaping team will be there every Thursday morning to keep the garden looking as beautiful as it does in the photos.
PACKAGES (Amazon, UPS, USPS) V We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages delivered to the property
