Stayed Dec 29, 2025The basement apartment was light and spacious. The beautiful setting in a neighborhood below towering red rock cliffs was so beautiful. Everything was seamless and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Stayed May 23, 2025Overall very pleased with our stay! The location is about 30 minutes to Zion National Park and 20 minutes to Kolob Canyon. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. We liked the coffee and food at River Rock Roasting Company. Bed was comfortable. Access and instructions were great. Only one thing to note which is also in the listing, you can hear the people upstairs so if you are bothered by that you might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs to muffle the noise while you sleep. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay!

Stayed Sep 10, 2023My husband and I wanted to hike The Narrows and Angles Landing. Bucket list items. They didn’t disappoint. The rental was roomy, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Very home-y feeling. Not cluttered. Drive to the park was 20 min give or take. Thank you to our hosts.
