The great sea view and south facing terrace, spacious bright living room and renovated fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) located in a beautiful condominium with landscaped gardens and only a short walk to Luz village centre and the beach.

## Neighborhood

Luz is a quaint little holiday getaway along the Algarvian coastline. Shops, bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach are right on your doorstep. Set amidst spectacular coastal scenery you can take your time to explore the stunning cliffs, undiscovered beaches, neighbouring quaint villages and the national park. It’s just a 15-minute drive to the regional capital, Lagos, if you want a bit more action.

The complex is a short walk from the supermarkt, bars, restaurants and other shops and only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful, child-friendly beach. Great for surfing and other watersports activities like diving, snorkeling and sailing. And near one of the many hiking trails down the cliffs.

Praia da Luz is located next to Lagos: the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.

## Transit

You can reach Luz in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.

Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos and Luz, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

You can park for free in Luz. Parking in front of the apartment is not always available in summer, but there will be plenty of space in the surrounding streets.

    We had a very good service and enough space with 4 adults and one child. Contact with the company was very good. The answered very quick and solve any little problems immediately. Appartement has a very nice balkony with a great view. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy

    This unit is on the top floor and beautifully appointed. Location is great. However, it is so unfortunate that the awning has been so frequently rolled incorrectly that the fabric is jamming and fraying making it almost impossible to use. The access to the pool was non existent and contrary to advertised information. The shower drain in the small bathroom had a foul odour and overflowed the stall regularly. Little ant like critters invaded our spaces from day 1. I believe all of these issues, when resolved will make this a lovely apartment to rent and worth the rental fees, but not at this point.

    Lovely apartment in Luz and really is a home away from home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had more than enough room for our party of 5 adults and 1 child. Having use of the pool at the Luz Bay Hotel was a fantastic addition to the holiday. The apartment is in a good location and is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants that the village has to offer. Recommend a car for any heavy supermarket shops as the walk up the hill to the accommodation can be tough in the heat when carrying water etc. Overall a fantastic place and would recommend the accommodation for a family break and/or group of friends for a stay in Luz.

    Great location for the town and getting to Lagos as well. Flat very well equipped - just need to move the beds or get some extension cables so the bedside lamps can be plugged in! Apart from that - really nice apartment.

    L'appartement était bien comme indiqué et correct au niveau de l'équipement, cependant très difficile à trouver. L'adresse indiqué sur le contrat amène dans une autre résidence Luz océan club et donc trompeuse. Contrairement au contrat d'engagement la piscine était fermée ainsi que le pool house et tous les services de la résidence, les commerces et restaurants sont éloignés et pour aller à la plage il faut prendre la voiture. Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour un séjour début juin sans aucune prestation
