Stayed Jul 29, 2025Excellent location with ample parking. Kitchen facilities were ideal for our needs. Ample storage in the main room. Bedside lighting was perfect. However, could a dimmer switch be considered for the central lighting as it was very bright of an evening. On a personal note, a wall mounted mirror somewhere in the main room would have been useful. However on a subsequent visit we could bring a portable mirror. Comfortable bed, and we appreciated the change of linen and towels during our stay.

Stayed May 16, 2024Gorgeous property with all the amenities and comforts. Puts you close to everything, but just far enough away to be a peaceful retreat. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had 4 days in Inverness and we most impressed with Rossal House. The apartment has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard and the non-contact check in was seamless. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stayed Mar 25, 2023The apartment is located perfectly on the east side of Inverness, just a short walk to the islands and stunning views of the river. Roseisle was warm and cosy, the bed was comfy and everything worked well. We had a great time exploring the Highlands from here.
