The Space

The suite features a cozy queen-size bed ideal for couples, a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cooking items, a private bathroom, closet space, and a spacious balcony to relax outdoors. Guests can also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a 50-inch Smart TV during their stay.

The residential complex includes 24-hour security and surveillance cameras in shared areas for added safety. If you need recommendations for transportation, restaurants, or local services, I’ll be happy to assist.

* Only registered guests are permitted to use the apartment and common areas.
* Because the property is located near a main avenue, some traffic or construction noise may occasionally be heard.
* Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed inside the apartment or in shared spaces.
* Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
* Maximum occupancy is limited to two guests.
* Linens, towels, pillows, and apartment items should remain in good condition and be returned upon checkout.
* Children should be supervised on the balcony and near windows at all times.
* Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
* Guests must follow all building and pool area regulations provided at check-in.
